Cheap prices, but you get what you pay for! They have one sitting extremely hot which shrinks your shirts and pants and dulls you clothes. On one instance they burned the button right through the shirt and on another instance they burned my shirt on the front right shirt pocket. The sad things is they try to blame it on me as if I burned the shirt then proceeded to tell me if they burned the shirt all the shirts would be burned(what a joke). I understand things happen its a "Dry Cleaning" place its not my first time. However when I asked to speak to management, I let them know that I had an appointment I had to go to. The front desk person replies back to me as shes walking away "well go then" then never comes back out. Finally the manger comes out( im sure only cause they had other customers there waiting and I was not leaving) as I start to show her the burned stained she looks at me and said what would you like me to do? I grabbed my stuff and walked away! its not worth my time or energy! Like I said cheap price! and you get what you pay for!!

This is the absolute worst place to take your clothes for dry cleaning or laundry services. Two of my most treasured shirts, one a custom made shirt and another designer shirt were ruined by this store. I went in there to talk to the manager about it and they told me he wasnt at work but hell call me back to resolve the issue. Well, after week waiting he never did. I went back ask about my clothes and the attendant told me the owner went to lunch. When he returned, I overheard him ask the attendant if I was going to be a **ck. He then walked up to me and screamed at me saying I was making his worker very uncomfortable and that I was rude to them. I was so shocked since this is the first time I was ever setting my eyes on this man. He brought out my shirt and it had not even been touched since. He and two workers literally pushed me out of the store so other customers wont hear what I was saying. I had to call the police to report the incident

This establishment is definitely NOT the place you will want to take the clothes/garments too, that you spent your hard earned income on. First of all I have been going there for over 1 year. I have experienced repeated issues at the dry cleaners. You are right they have changed management/owners within the last six (6). However nothing has changed, it very well has gotten WORSE !! I have experienced missing Jeans, nice sports shirts that were recently purchased suddenly have stains that were not on the garment when it was received. They have attempted to treat other stains with strong chemicals that have permanently damaged the garment. I caution you that you might pay a discounted price for services, however when your clothes are DAMAGED or Lost. Please remember I told you so. You can have it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

like someone said in the previous comments: "They are cheap, so what you pay is what you get. " Two of my favorite Polo ralph Lauren shirts ($125 each) have been completely damaged by this place. They torn the sleeves and the back of the shirts and they didnt tell me. I went back there to let them know that i was not happy about it, and they said that they are not responsible for the damages. I was so shocked!!!, i knew that they were not going to reimburse me at the first place so the only thing that i expected from them was a simple apology. The manager was there standing, and didnt say NOTHING. I left and never went back, because it was just a waste of time, and waste of money. They were very unprofessional to take care of this matter.

This place is a sorry excuse for a business and the new owners are even worse. They might as well have children running the place! I initially went to them because they were affordable... The first time I went, the calculated the math incorrectly. I had to help them with their calculations... Additionally, when the cleaning was completed, upon pick-up, my blouses had starch on them! Who puts starch on a silk blouse? My husbands suits were completely messed up! The pressed the lapels differently than when we brought them in. We had them correct it but by that time it was already ruined... You all need to do yourselves a favor and avoid this place like the plague. I would rather drink bleach than go there again.

I have been going to this cleaners for quite sometime and and have brought all kinds of clothing to them including my husbands Tommie Bahama shirts which are made of silk they told me no on the starch it wouldnt be good for the fabric. I think the new owners are professional with the quick turn time, the price and the excellent job the pressers do, I think everyone should give them a try

Ruined a pair of $70 white pants and turned them PINK. Needed them for an event this week. New owners asked me to wait OVER 2 WEEKS to repair them. Refused to reimburse me for the pants when I told them I cant wait that long. Unacceptable. I recommend going elsewhere.

Worst service ever ....way overpriced for a comforter, and after we pick it up it didnt even smell good, the worst part is that we it amd when we try to use it it was ripped, we shouldve check it immediately after we pick it up so we couldve claim it.

Great service for a great price, theres a very friendly in-store atmosphere that I greatly appreciate. Smiles on the faces of the attendants even in the Texas Heat... I shall retur. I loved that I could have same-day pick up it was just what I needed.

Dropped my dry cleaning at 8am and picked up same day by 4:30.staff is friendly - met the owner- was nice. Been a loyal customer for 3 years now. Never had a problem! Thanks for being quick & efficient!
