I took in my laundry on a Monday afternoon and was told I had to pay up front when I dropped it off. After I paid the clerk told me my order would be ready for pick-up Tuesday after 5 . When I returned Wednesday morning they informed that the other half of my clothes wouldnt be ready till after 5. On top of that they wanted to charge me another $7.31 on top of the $22.55 I already paid. They said they had simply "miscounted", then the manager started to argue with me, and said Im not getting the rest of my clothes till I pay. After I paid the manager continued to yell at me in front of other customers and followed me out into the parking lot cursing and yelling "I dont need your business." Good luck buddy. Thats not how you do business in TX. If the business is going so well you should of offered to wave the balance because of the mistake on your behalf. First time customer here, and I will not be returning.

I have been twice. Last year I left a suit to be dry cleaned. When I removed the plastic at my home I found the jacket was horribly pressed. I took it back and they attempted to re-press on the spot but that was ineffective. The attendant seemed to be surprised that it wasnt ok. I chalked it up as a poor experience. Two days ago, a year later, I went again with another suit. It was ready yesterday. This morning I removed the plastic in order to wear the suit to church and was exasperated at the ridiculous pressing. Had I left the jacket stuffed in a duffel bag it would not have looked worse. The sad part is that someone actually pressed it, looked at the result, and decided it was fine. I suppose the adage "fool me once...." applies.

I took a comforter in October to be dry cleaned which apparantly didnt make it through the cleaning process. In December it came time to switch it with the one on the bed (so that one could be taken in for dry cleaning) but when I removed the plastic the supposedly clean comforter still smelled of pet odor. I took it in to Maverick Cleaners and asked them for a redo but they refused stating that it was too far past the pickup date. I have used this place for years and seen 2 or 3 management changes. The latest change and policies have convinced me to never use them again. This place will not backup their services Unfortunately the lowest rating I was able to give them was one star.

Sorry "Maverick Cleaners" off of Bandera Road, across from Walmart at Mainland Rd. ! LOST MY WORK SLACKS! Im standing here waiting on them to take action, they re not showing enough concern at all. I asked whats normal procedure when this happens, Diana behind the counter is clueless. Omg! I ask to speak to the manager, she lies to me a big Web she weaved, how hes there at odd hours and shes not in at 7am but will tell him to give me a call. They hire a contractor to clean their customers clothes blah blah its the contractor s fault they are out until Monday.

I had been going there for a while to get my work shirts laundered. The other day I went to get my shirts back and I lost the ticket, the lady behind the counter had an instant attitude. She found my stuff and said they charged me wrong and would not give me back my shirts until I paid her. It was only 2 dollars which I paid, but her attitude needs to change. I will not spend my money there again, and I will go out of my way to another dry cleaner.

I think the do a wonderful job for $1.25 !!! All these people who come on here just to b**ch are clueless . If you click on to their profile, the majority have negative reviews. If you people want to get raked over the coals go to Comet or Pilgrims.....but yall would probably complain because of what they charged YOU!

I called because I had woken up too late to get the dry cleaning in before we left out of town. They were great, and made sure we could get it the next morning. I have used them many times before, but not a regular customer. I will be a regular faithful customer now.
