This place is highly unprofessional and they need to be placed out of business.I went to get my wifes brand new wedding dress cleaned for the big day, they told me the cost would be $11.98 however when I showed up to pay they then "changed" the cost to $25 cause its a formal dress..not once did I get a call saying hey theres been a mix up in the price or anything of that nature. The only thing the inconsiderate bad definition of a manager said was, "next time we will give you a discount". THERE WILL BE NO NEXT TIME FOR ME!! On top of that, these so called "cleaners" put snags all in my wifes new wedding dress. Of course we noticed it on the way to the chapel so they can easily respond with the "it was like that before you brought it in" line but we literally popped the tag before taking it in. These guys have been the WORST cleaner experience Ive EVER had!! Do not give this place your money!

Irresponsible cleaners! Four days after dropping off 2 pair of pants, I returned with my receipt to pick them up -- to be informed that I had already gotten them two days earlier! My protests went on deaf ears, because they said, their logbook showed that someone with my last name had picked up my pants. When I insisted that I had not been there previously, and that I had a receipt for my clothes, I was told that they dont rely on receipts, just the entries that they make in their logbook when a customer comes for clothes without a receipt! The manager, a reasonable sounding man named "Andy", assured me over the phone that he would work with me to arrive at an acceptable solution. After a month of waiting, except for a phone call from the lady who gave my pants away, loudly insisting that I had already picked them up, I have received no compensation or other explanation of my loss.

They really went above and beyond for me! I want to get married in my mothers prom dress, which at this point is over 35 years old. It is gorgeous, but had a couple of stains that had been there for who knows how long. I took it in, to ask if they could take a shot at getting the stains out, but prioritize preserving the dress. I called the next day (a little nervous) and it wasnt in yet but they offered to call me when it arrived. An hour later they called, I came to pick it up, and not only does it look beautiful (I didnt realize what a difference a cleaning would make) but I cant tell the stains were even there! They were professional and considerate and took great care of my dress, for a very reasonable price!

Friendly staff and family owned. Im fairly satisfied with the job they did on my white down comforter (I did see 4 new teeny tiny rust spots the size of pin heads in an inconspicuous area, maybe from old safety pins). Regardless, I would come back if I need their help again. It was a queen size and they only charged me $45 when I was expecting to pay $80. Also, he called me when it was ready to pick up bc I told him I lived farther away.

Stay away from this place!!! I took a dress to get minor alterations and it literally looked like a 10 year old tried sewing it! They refused to give me my money back until I spoke to one of their managers, and even then did not give me a full refund. The employee was rude and did not care one bit that the "seamstress" ruined the dress. Horrible place that I WILL NEVER step foot in again.

I went to Owl cleaners because they had the highest ratings on yelp. I met Andy and Steve and they are very friendly and excellent businessman. My clothes were cleaned very well at a very good price. All that and same-day service. In before 9 AM back by 5 PM . Highly recommend them

Best Dry Cleaners in town @ a very affordable price. For people who DO NOT have time to iron (press) their shirts all the time, this is a fantastic alternative. :) 2.00 for blouses and pants, 1.00 for shirts. :) I love owl! <3
