I have been taking my uniforms there for almost 2 years. In the last few months, multiple times, they have not done them correctly. Gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time. When I took my uniforms in right after, I explained to the girls at the front and showed her the almost diagonal crease over the front right pocket. When I picked it up a few days later it was still messed up. I asked them to fix it and they wanted me to wait 2 days to pick it up. They eventually, somewhat, fixed it on the spot. I have even picked up uniforms with spots all over them and had to have them redo them. Recently, took a pair of slacks in to have dry cleaned. Took them in on a Friday morning and was going to pick them up on Saturday morning. Got a call on Friday afternoon saying that my pants had been placed in the wrong bin and they would not be ready until after 5pm on Saturday. Explained that I needed them prior to 5pm and the guy told me noon. I arrived at 1215 and they were still not done, better yet not even started. They just took them out of a bin and pressed them real fast and gave them back. I will not be back and will have to find a new dry cleaners that will not mess up uniforms and is a little more organized and attentive.

Lousy!!! Poor customer service took clothes back because they only pressed them. Who takes their clothes to a dry cleaner just to get pressed? I took them back for a redo. I guess redo to them means to put them in the wrong bin and call the customer up and say they cant have them done till the next day. I told them I needed them that day because my son had to perform cello for two of the best cellist in the world and it would look bad if he had to do it with dirty clothes. They didnt care and I really think they did it intentionally. The man gave me back the clothes with no hangers and had an attitude. The dont want your business.

This is the place Ive been looking for. Im tired of spending one price for short sleeve shirts, another price for long sleeves, and a third price for knits and so on. I wanted a place that had on site cleaning, one simple price for all clothes and a fast 1 day turn around. This is it! And the service is great also. I cant understand the other reviews complaining about how they didnt get the quality service their expensive items deserved. Folks, there are plenty of places that will charge you 7 or 8 dollars (or more). If you need expensive service, go there. But for routine dry cleaning - Frontier is great.

Ive had to bring back my suits, dress slacks and dress shirts a couple of times already. And now its been close to impossible to navigate through the traffic. I have almost been hit doing u-turns because TexDot decided to " Pour Concrete on the Turing lanes!" making sure to create a Huge problem for those trying to get to the already Terrible Location (drop off & pick up) "Nightmare" !!! I dont think its worth it anymore to be going thru all this, especially when all you want to do is simply take ur laundry and (not create more stress) than the customers already have.

Went there for 4yrs out of convenience. No problems for a while except clothes sometimes not coming back clean. Over the last year its gotten progressively worse. If you have a again, they will not get it out unless you specifically point out it out to them, and then theres only about a 50% chance. They also ruined 2 of my best shirts on separate occasions. Shirts were dropped off with no stains and came back with big ones. I will not go here again no matter how convenient or cheap it is. Replacing $300 custom shirts is not worth it. Go elsewhere.

Accidentally charged me 250.00 instead of $25, then refunded that. Except the initial charge of $250 never went through, so they actually gave me $250 by mistake. I wanted to do the right thing, so I went back after work and gave them their $250. Two weeks later, with no word from them, I went back to check on my comforter and they had not even cleaned it yet. They offered to do it then or refund my money back. Horribly incompetent people.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY The worst experience ever, I had to bring my 18 work shirts 3 times to get cleaned and ironed and every time looks worse. Stains never go away, and when I asked to get refund the cashier said in a nasty way "its been clean twice" while its NOT. If I could, I would give zero stars. Simply they are the worst ever.

Quick turnaround (24 hours) and they cleaned and pressed it all well. I had forgot a tie in one of my jackets and left it in there without realizing it. They found it and gave it a complimentary cleaning for me! Would definitely recommend this professional, inexpensive, and friendly establishment.

My husband picked up my cloths from Frontier... and when he brought it home it look like it had not been touched other than putting safety pins on it. Worst dry cleaners EVER!! My husband and I will never return to Frontier nor will we recommend it to anyone. **Poor Service**
