I was referred here by a friend--brought my husbands shirts there to be dry cleaned and got home and noticed they looked terrible. Wrinkled, buttons not buttoned, etc. Called to get a refund because I dont live on that side of town. Manager said that the shirts were laundered, so that was the reason that they looked the way they did. Was also told that they automatically launder shirts unless you tell them otherwise.??? WTH? Ive never been to any dry cleaners that you had to specify you wanted your shirt dry cleaned. They usually dry clean your shirts unless otherwise specified....because, well..theyre a DRY CLEANERS. You usually have to specify that you want it laundered. I mean, cleaners is in their name for goodness sake. Comet CLEANERS. Do a search for "dry cleaners", and they pop up. Either way, here is an idea...how about someone ask instead of assuming what service someone needs... She said we could bring them back to be re-pressed, but Im not driving all the way over there just for someone to iron my husbands shirts. Ill be keeping my business with Dutch Boys like I initially should have. Stick with what works.

Damaged a $500 Joseph Abboud suit! However, they were able to repair the heat damaged lapel (hence the 2-star). I had not even worn the suit. Very disappointing considering the store manager promised me they knew how to care for expensive suits like mine. I wont be returning to Comet Cleaners.

Oh my god they are WAYYY over priced. I got 4 pieces dry cleaned 2 blazers and 2 dresses and it came out to 27 WITH a 25% discount. Ive dry cleaned way more clothes for ~50 before at other places that did a good job. Definitely will not be coming back here they are way over priced

They charged me for 11 pieces vs 9 pieces. Also, they stained one of my shirts on both sides! I was overcharged and they ruined one of my nice shirts, worst dry cleaner Ive ever been to. Ill never come here again. Dont know how theyre still in business.

This Comet location is outstanding. You can have a bundle of 25 pounds of clothing items laundered at a reasonable price, neat and folded. Love the starch for my jeans and shirts. Customer service is off the hook. Best in San Antonio.
