Worst customer service. My husband dropped off clothes and forgot, we never received a call to remind us. When we finally realized we had forgotten our clothes, manager said she calls and if no on picks it up, she re-sells the items. She went on and on about she has to make her profit. Clearly she doesnt care about her customers as she claims she does. She basically said, oh well. She made her money so she doesnt care.

Have used this cleaners for about a year and have never had a negative experience. The young man at the counter is always tremendously nice and respectful.
