I am a "forever customer" because of how wonderfully Mary and Addie treated me! I tried to pick up my dry cleaning after hours. They had only been closed about 10 min and Mary cheerfully said that even though they were closed they could help me (I was relieved because my dry cleaning was my husbands church clothes that I needed for the next day!). Not only did they help me after hours they gave me a voucher for a free meal at a local restaurant/chain. How was I so luck for unconvincing people, lol?! Its just quality service and quality people. I was so touched by their willingness to help me, their kindness and generosity that as long as we are in the area I will only go to Comet and try to send my friends there too!

Dropped off a pair of pants to be hemmed, making sure to do it over a week early so theyd be ready in time for Christmas. When i went to pick them up, they hadnt been hemmed. The girl working the counter when I dropped them off (who seemed like I was inconveniencing her with my businness) put it in their system as pressing only. Now Im stuck with pants that are too long and no time to get them fixed. I wont be going back

This store has some of the best customer service in town. The last time I pulled up, they unlocked the door to provide me with my clothes. They are always very friendly and I am happy with my clothes.
