Careless apathetic shoddy work. Left a giant crease from neckline. We spoke to manager about it, and quote "we do too many shirts". Well they wont ever do mine again. Im sorry I ever referred anyone to them. If they dont care about customers. 2 other dry cleaners with in a block that care about customers.

Ive been taking my clothes here for about 5 years now I guess. I have always been satisfied. Besides what you normally expect from a cleaners, the same day service is whats important to me. If I get my clothes in before 9am then I can pick them up the same day by 5.
