I wish their was a way to give negative stars and also that i would have read past negative reviews of this horrible company! The day after my granmothers passing 8/5/2016 i went into this business in a time of need. I had just lost my grandmother the day before and she had been on her death bed since the saturday before, i was in no mindset to wash me and my childrens laundry. I explained to the employee working that this was my first time and had never had my clothes washed by others and the situation i was in. She gave me a quote of around $50, she helped me to bring the clothes in and everything, so clearly seen the quantity of clothes i was having washed. She told me the clothes would be ready 2 days later and when i came back to pick them up my bill was $245!! I almost fainted in the lobby, im a single mother of 3 and do not have that kind of money to spend on washing, i never would have left my clothes with them had i known that was what it was going to cost. We needed our clothes for the funeral and daily life so was forced to pay. When i asked her why my bill was almost 200 dollars more than what she quoted me, she had no explanation for me. I had no choice but to pay to get our clothes back which in turn bounced my rent check and took from my contribution towards my grandmas funeral. In a time of mourning and a time of need this company stole from us. When i spoke to management and told them the whole scenario after because their was no management available that day, she admitted that the employee misqouted me but then turned around and told me all they could offer me was a $25 credit. What does that do for anybody?? Was a slap in the face, i would never do business again with thieves. I have contacted corporate last week to no avail, no acknowledgent, no response and no remorse or viable solution from any part of this company. This business should be shut down, its very unacceptable to treat or do that to people. Hands down my very worst experience dealing with any company in my 33 years of life! This experience literally broke my heart and my pockets their willing to do nothing about it.

Was gonna go with 3 stars, because I have had a few issues, but overall, each one has been dealt with professionally. Sometimes not in my favor, but I cant argue that the manager is professional and runs a good location. The only thing that really bothers me is that they mail letter coupons, email coupons, send postcards, some need to be turned in at drop off, some at pickup..... Quite annoying. I use the blue bag frequent cleaner bag thing. Why cant they just apply all the coupons to my account directly? Do you want to give me the discount or are you hoping I forget the card, email, or letter. In fact as I write this, I have now changed to 3 stars just because of that. I was considering moving over to Genies cleaning in Robbinsdale but she passed away, so I continue with Pilgrim. Fix your discount program to keep me as a customer would be my overall review. Im going to look into HyVee New Hopes service option. I know there will be one in robbinsdale shortly.

I couldnt make this up if I tried. Took several garments to get cleaned. When I picked them up, I was shocked that the bill was over $70! But that isnt even the problem. One of the coats I brought in was not only returned filthy, but it was also damaged. Damage, they say, that was caused either by their ironing process, or damage caused by me. Regardless, they are not claiming responsibility. After two weeks of trying to get a hold of a manager, I went to pick up the coat, but they couldnt find it. I finally received the coat back, with ADDITIONAL DAMAGE, but no refund or replacement value was offered. Like I said - I couldnt make this up if I tried. I will never return, will take my business elsewhere will advise anyone I can to NOT patron this business.

Had a sudden funeral come up that we needed a suit cleaned for. On our way to the funeral my husband realized they had given him someone elses suit coat and still had his there. We didnt have time to turn around and get the jacket. Received a call in the middle of the service that they needed the suit coat they had given us in error for someones wedding and needed to come get it from us. They showed up to our family funeral to retrieve the coat but didnt even bring my husbands with them. Later we had to go pick up my husbands suit jacket and we were offered no form of discount or anything for all the trouble. Very bad experience to an already bad day and they didnt offer us anything. Poorly handled and unfortunately wont be coming back and wouldnt recommend.

Ive only been here once. We dropped off a suit and then totally forgot about it. When we went back they were totally cool about it and didnt even charge us extra. The price was pretty good.

The designer shirts that I brought in where shrunken and damaged .they are overpriced and do not do a good job Cleaning garments I will never take my business to this place again
