Friendly staff BUT horrible work! Took in six items 3 to spot treat, two of which spots were not even addressed , im sure and they ruined my pants, where there wasnt even a spot to begin with, looks like they either heavily tried to treat or they got them caught in a machine and it left a worn hole, where I am POSITIVE there was not one! Also they were left quite faded, mind you i have only worn these pants twice.The owner called and pretty much said it was brought in with the hole and they did not do it, did not offer to reimburse me for my pants or not charge me for the cleaning. I WILL not be using this service again and i will NOT be recommending them to anyone I know, on the contrary, I will deter them from going there!
