I took two BRAND NEW shirts to them to be pressed. Im not sure how it happened but the shirts came back with bleach staining. When I pointed this out, they said that it wasnt there fault and that they must have been stained before I brought them in. I complained to the manager as well as the owner without so much as an apology. I know accidents will happen but a simple apology would have made things substantially better. I will never return to them and have informed everyone I know about their horrible customer service.

This place is horrible, I dropped clothes off on March 19 and was told they would be ready after 5 on the 22nd (before the snow) went to pick them up March 25 and was told the clothes had not returned due to the snow storm. Today is the 26th and still no clothes. I spoke to the owner and was accused of lying, even with a receipt. I will never go back or refer anyone there.

Must of change Owners since the last reviews. Staff is very professional and polite. My laundry is always on time and in great condition. Warm and small town service from start to finish.
