if it had a negitive rating I would give it a -10!!! I just brought a blouse from Dillards, wore it once and sent it to the cleaners to be clean> ipicked up my things on Saturday afterenoon. I wanted to wear it the next day they ruined the fringes and cut my blouse becase the fringes were to damged they to try and fix. I went back today to let them know how they ruined my blosue and the (lady) there just flat out lied t faco my face and siad no one cut my blouse. well there a big gap in the fringes at the bottom of my blouse. I was past mad. now my new blouse only wore once in now destroyed. If they would have admmited to doing it it would not been so bad. I still would be upset but at least the would have acknowlegde what they did! I will never go there again. I was nt looking for what Ipaid for my top but at least get me back the money you charged for destroying it.

I cant speak to their cleaning services but had an alteration to some expensive pants done at Montebello Cleaners that was sloppy at best with the threads being very loose requiring a return visit. I was later informed by a family member that another pants alteration was done at the same place a few months ago with the similar results. They offered to try and have the pants redone but by that time we had lost confidence in Montebello. We elected to go to another alterations shop and was denied a refund of the $8.00 charge from Montebello for the sloppy work. The second alterations shop agreed that the work was sloppy. $8.00 for a lesson learned. Go to a different alterations place, there are many options in town.

I have been taking my dry cleaning here for the past few years. I am so impressed with the way Chris, the owner, does business. My clothing is always returned to me in a timely fashion, my clothes always come back in pristine condition, and on top of that, they always remember my name. I love walking into a place feeling as though I am familiar. It always makes me feel taken care of. I will never go to another cleaners. I have even moved a couple times since I started taking my laundry there. It is the best place to go! Thank you Chris and family!

I sent my wedding dress and bridesmaids dress here to be cleaned the week of my wedding. Got them back (was charged for a rush job even thought they had the dresses for three days) and my sister put her dress on and it was ripped about two inches along the zipper. It was not that way when we took it in. Not only did they not fix it, they put it together with a safety pin to hide it and didnt tell us it happened. Dresses were clean.

Took some curtains to get cleaned was quoted one price upon drop off. However when we went to pick up all of a sudden the price was double . When my wife informed the man working he told her they were dirty.. isnt that that why you take somethin to be cleaned. We will not be returning to clean our other curtains.

Very pleasant staff, good hours, fair prices and good alterations. I wear a duty uniform and like HEAVY starch, but this dry cleaner is a little too skimpy. I ask for the the heaviest, but they never quite get it thick enough. Aside from that, very good dry cleaner.

great place! these guys are timely, affordable, and personable - have helped me out on multiple occassions with specific requests. not only is their product excellent, but their customer service is bar none. recommend w/o reservation.
