Sorry to write this poor review, but I experienced disappointment both with alterations and dry cleaning. I live in the neighborhood and already had a reliable dry cleaner, but this store is nestled on the back side of Lunds/Byerlys, so I thought I would give it a try. I took in a ladies white winter coat and requested a change of buttons (which I provided), and shortening of the sleeves. When I picked up the coat, there were lots of uncut black threading visible on inside lapel and the buttons were sewn haphazardly through the coat material, showing all the stitching on the white wool. The left sleeve was uneven and not pressed (for wool, a necessity). I returned the coat and asked for someone to correct the work and the response I got was "Sorry. We had a new person do this and I guess she didnt take care to do this right." Then I was told it would be up to 2 more weeks before I would get the coat back. Fortunately it was only 5 more days. On another occasion I dropped off a Michael Kors sweater that Ive had cleaned 5-6 times, and after I dropped it off, this dry cleaner shrunk it by two sizes. When I returned the sweater to St. Croix, I was told a manager would look into it and call me back. I waited a week and no response (even though they had my sweater), so I had to call and ask what was going on. When the manager finally called me, I learned that they hadnt even looked into it or tried to correct the situation. To their credit, in the end the sweater was reshaped and stretched. But the customer service and lack of attention warrants a very low rating. Because of the two mishaps, both with alterations and cleaning, I will never use this place again. And I will not recommend this to my friends and neighbors in the community.

This St. Croix location houses the most reliable alterations tailor in the Twin Cities. Darcy Zeppernicks work is precise and the quality is consistent. Shes done several hundred dollars worth of work on my wardrobe and Ive never had a problem that she could not solve. Highly recommended.

Great service! My shirt was damaged a month ago. Their manager called me and told me that they would compensate me for the cost of the shirt. They mailed me a check within a few days. The pricing is reasonable.
