I have been a customer of this establishment for nearly 2 years. A couple weeks ago I brought a coat for my wife to be cleaned, my wife decided not to have the coat cleaned any more. Upon entering the establishment like I always do give who ever on the counter my name because they do not give a ticket. The gentleman on the counter appears to be having a bad day he was throwing things around like a kid, and running around the store, and very rude. A lady who was working was very nice, and find my wife coat. I also leave a pant and shirt. Yesterday I return to collect my clothing, the lady who I guess one the owner stated to me that they did not clean my cloths, because of what happen the last time. (according to her because the rude man, he could not understand the way I pronounce my name.) I also spell my name for that rude man, so all these months they never had a problem finding my clothing or have a problem with the way I pronounce my name before. If you are new to Williston beware of this Cleaners.

Had a last minute wedding to attend as a bridesmaid, found my dress at a thrift store, so it stank to high heaven. Came to Model Drive In a week before the wedding and the gal there told me they would have to charge me a "rush price" for only giving them five days. I had no choice, so agreed to the price. When I went to pick it up, there was a guy there. He charged me what I knew was normal price. I told him that I agreed to the rush price,he said, "dont worry about it! Enjoy the wedding!" Thats small town service!

A friendly and helpful staff, they take good care of your clothes because they know who you are. Theres a reason theyve been the only dry cleaners in the area for a long time.
