If I could give negative 1 star, I would. I have never written a review in my life, but these guys pushed me to it. My wife dropped off her clothes and had 2 pants that were dry clean only. In fact, the tag said dry clean only. Of course, they washed the pants, shrunk them, and then burned them when the ironed them. Pants ruined. Wife goes back and the person she meets said "yea they are ruined... let me talk to the owner and have him call you." 1 week goes by and no phone call. I call the owner and he said that its my wifes fault and that she told them to wash. Why would my wife want to ruin $200 pants??? He does not even address how it was burned. He barley spoke English. his name is Lee. Very rude. People, do yourself a favor... AVIOD AT ALL COST

Only been to this cleaners a half dozen times but they are by far my favorite in Dallas. The price is the best I can find and Im impressed by their method of tagging clothes and their overall system. I used to work at a cleaners so there are some small details that I pay attention to that they seem to get right. Cant speak about their customer complaint resolution as I havent had any issues, but in the dry cleaning business it seems like even the high priced stores dont really care that much about complaint resolution so why pay more? These guys seem to be as good as anyone.

I took two pair of pants to get hemmed and instead of actually doing the job I paid for and hemming the pants, they folded them up with a terrible cuff job, which I hated. When I took out the cuff I realized that was the only work they actually did. They were also late getting my pants back to me. I was quoted they would be ready by Friday and I didnt get them back until Monday. It took them seven days to make four stiches. I will never be a customer of theirs again. AVOID!!!!

Terrible business. The manager is incredibly rude and uncaring. Employees will tell you one price and, when the manager is there (typically on weekends), he will charge whatever he wants. Employees will allow card payments, and the manager will always throw a fit when you dont pay in cash. Theres typically a 15-20 minute wait, and good luck dealing with the manager if (when) they damage your clothes. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I keep giving these people a chance. I take all of my dry cleaning in at the same time and usually end up spending about $400. This is now the third time they have lost something ... And this time it was important. I have a special event this week and they conveniently lost my dress which I took to them with the tags still on it. Angry doesnt begin to cover it.

We used to go regularly. The price is good and service seemed fine. But recently I discovered they ruined my very nice blouse. It has embellishments and clearly looks like someone ironed over it. The blouse cannot be worn anymore. The worst part is no one informed us regarding this, as if we will not find out.

10 Years and great service and price! 99 Cents for mens shirts and have never had a problem! The owner is very nice and always there and the same staff has been there as well. Cant beat the price and service.

They do an awesome job and have superior customer service. If you have a problem, just tell them about it. I dryclean everything I own spending about $400 a month and they are fantastic!
