I found out the hard way that, to keep track of mens shirts, Pilgrim writes the clients last name on the inside lower portion of the button placket (between buttons). My husband has a lot of casual button-down shirts that he likes to wear unbuttoned and untucked with jeans. Pilgrim destroyed 8 of these expensive shirts by writing my maiden name, JOHNSON (also slang for a mans genitalia), in the area of the shirt that would hang in front of my husbands crotch. To resolve this, every time we dropped off a batch of dry cleaning, we had to specify "DO NOT WRITE ON SHIRTS." A few months later, they pressed a pair of my husbands flat-front pants into creased-front pants. After many attempts, they could not remove the crease and told us the pants were irreparable. (Fortunately, a helpful Nordstrom sales associate was able to press the crease out for us later.) If you choose Pilgrim, make sure you give extremely specific instructions, i.e. "Do not write on shirts," "do not ruin pants," etc.

Sewed my pockets shut on my uniform, and refused to fix them. She said she sews shut all Army uniform pockets, because that is the way the Army does it. After 21+ years of active duty in the Army and serving all over the world with many uniforms, I NEVER had my pockets sewn shut and neither did my Army colleagues. What terrible service and they refuse to fix it.

This place is awful. I left my wifes designers dress to clean and get it damaged. They didnt admit their fault and sent my wife to call their managers . They never picked up the phone and didnt respond back to her messages. So, we wouldnt recommend this company at all.

I feel like they dont take good care of my items. I have my cashmere scarf dry clean. They put the sticker right on the cashmere. Some of the material come off with the sticker.I just want to know why they couldnt put the sticker on the tag like other places?
