I, too, would give this place a 0 if I could! Im so sad that the previous owners and management are no longer there. Used this place for the last two years, never one problem! Never even had to return an item to be recleaned. This new owner is a crook. Lost two of my articles in april. Found one but not the other. I spend quite a bit in this store as most of my clothing is dry clean only; and expensive. They offered me a $50 credit for a $180 shirt and when I asked the manager to have the owner call me...crickets. They not only lose clothes, dont compensate for their mistake but I often have stained clothing that has to be redone after they have been pressed and the stain is set. If Im going to pay full price for dry cleaning, I want the service to match. I had impeccable service, great drycleaning and low prices with the last owner. This circus asks me to pay double for them to lose my clothes! Go somewhere else!

I would give this place a 0 if I could. The price on the window says 2.49 for dry cleaning, however they changed their price without telling their customers and doubled their price! Having used the cleaners for the previous four months, I didnt know I needed to ask for a price quote every time I go in. DOUBLING your price is more than a "slight" increase. You will not see my business again, as there are dry cleaners all over that treat and communicate with their customers better.

Always great customer service!!! They provide great service at a very reasonable price, you get great quality and you dont break the bank. I have never had any issues and it has been always GREAT!
