Update: I gave them one more try because they are so close to my house. They could not guarantee two shirts could be cleaned and pressed before 4.5 days had passed (Monday 7am drop-off and earliest pickup Friday after 5pm). Downgraded to one star for timeliness. Bad dry cleaning, bad alterations... I left a few items for dry cleaning and alteration here. The alteration they did somewhat well. But the store does not have a fitting room so I had to guess and tell them how much to alter the hem of my pants based on how I remember them fitting before. The dry cleaning of a suit was left out hanging without plastic because they had a question about the removable buttons which I removed before turning it in. The question was serious enough for them to not put my allegedly clean suit in a plastic protection bag but it was not important enough for them to call me for a week. The result was they put my suit in plastic in front of me and it was covered in dirt/lint when I arrived home. So.. 2 stars for not having a fitting room and 2 stars for lint all over my "cleaned" clothes. Anyone know a better dry cleaning place near this location?

I am confused by the good reviews below, since I had a different experience. This is a completely unprofessional establishment, in my experience. The people working here are rude and unprofessional. I left both dry cleaning and a garment alteration. I called on the day of pick up to confirm that my order was ready, and was informed that they could not get to my alteration and would not do it for another week. They had not even caked me to give me a heads up our the opportunity to get my alteration somewhere else. All the manager did was give me an insincere apology. The dry cleaning job itself was fine, bit if you want a professional establishment, or to have your business treated with any respect, this is not the place

I tried Kraft Cleaners and found the help to be very rude and disrespectful. Then when I called to complain the person that answered the phone again was rude when I asked to speak with the manager she insisted to know why I wanted to speak whit her before transferring me then after all that she just took my phone number. To the manager credit she did call me right back and apologized for their attitude and assured me the owner would call me concerning this matter, I waited all afternoon and did not receive a call from the owner. I find it very hard to believe Kraft Cleaners can clam there the best in the business!!!!

They managed to provide a perfect dry cleaning service last Thursday. I called them, it was an emergency and Daryle came in 20 mins to pick up the dress that had to be cleaned for the evening party. It was around 3 p.m. and he delivered it after only 2 hours. The night was saved thanks to Kraft Professional Dry Cleaning.
