I bought a navy blazer overseas and brought it to this store for the very first dry clean. The blazer had a nice, subtle sheen and a deep, intense blue. When I picked up the blazer not only the sheen was gone but also the color had faded as if it had been cleaned in a washing machine. The blazer wasnt even well pressed and had wrinkles in several places. I was asked t o contact the owner (J), which I did several times and even left my cell-phone. Never got the courtesy of a call back. It is a nice store, personnel is friendly, but unfortunately one star for quality of service and customer care.

I brought in a sweater and a dress to be cleaned. Both had a few spots but nothing that wouldnt come out. The dress actually just had some makeup on it. I got home the white sweater still had the spots on it and so did the dress. I put bleach on the white sweater and it came right out. Awful cleaners! They charged me $12 and didnt mention the stains wouldnt come out.

Always friendly. Only once did we have an issue and they worked to help make it right. Ive been using them for several years. And, even though we have moved, and they are "out of the way," we wont be changing cleaners.

I am new to this area and our neighborhood recommend this place. Price is inexpensive and I satisfied with their quality job. Staffs are always friendly with big smile :) Highly recommend this location.

They lost my suit jacket and one of my husbands in less than three months. Refused to replace and insisted we had picked them up. Obviously we didnt or they would be in our closet!

The drive up drop off is good, but the quality of the work is terrible. I picked up two shirts this weekend and found that they were wrinkled all over. Convenient, but bad.
