The place feels like a sweatshop. The stuffy heat is unbearable. But worst of all is the customer service. The owners wife is so rude. After giving me a price of 2.25 for my skirt, she then jacked up the price to 2.79 because it matched my jacket and told me that my total for my skirt and jacket would be 5.52. Then after writing up the ticket she says with tax and everything the price is going to come to 6.82. I told her thanks, but I would actually like to think about it. She snatched the ticket out of my hand and yelled "You waste my ticket!" I said "Really??? Its just a piece of paper!" She said "Next time think before you say you want something." Needless to say I walked right on out of there and will NOT return. On my way out the door I also heard her call me a very vulgar name.

The customer service is excellent-- Ive witnessed the owners deliver clothes straight to the car of senior citizens/disabled individuals-- something that is not seen too often in this world. God bless them for their kind gestures.

The customer service and cleaning at this place is phenomenal! The husband and wife treat their customers like family. They are always so caring and go above and beyond the customer expectations. Highly recommend!
