I gave one star because the system wont let you give zero. I will never be back, and Id recommend you never go either. New to Trophy Club and needing a dry cleaner, I tried the only one listed in Trophy Club. I went twice and both times they screwed up, with the second screw-up being major. The first time I went, when I picked up my clothes, one item was missing. However, in their defense, they knew it right away and told me theyd call me when they found it. They called the next day and had it. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt that this one was a simple mistake, since they knew about it before I had to complain, and they called when they found it. The second time was not a minor mistake. They gave my most expensive items to someone else and couldnt have handled the entire situation any worse. I dropped off 20 items (per their own ticket), including a brand-new custom tailored suit that I had worn one time, and a brand new dress that my wife had worn one time. When I went to pick up my items, they gave me 15 items. Since most other items were shirts, I could immediately see that the suit was not in there. I asked where my suit was, and the girl tried telling me this was all I dropped off. I showed her that the ticket said 20, and we counted 15 hangers this time. She looked more in the back and said she couldnt find it. I told her I needed this suit, as I was traveling the next day and needed it for my trip. She went in the back longer, even had me come back with her, and another girl helped her also, They checked the video camera footage that clearly showed me dropping off the suit and dress. After I was there an hour, they determined that they gave my items to someone else. They called that person and asked if they could pick it up, she said she wasnt home. So, I couldnt get my suit in time for my travel. So, I went on my trip without my suit, and waited for them to call on Monday. No call. On Tuesday, no call. So, I finally had to call them and asked if they had recovered my suit and other items yet. They said they had. (Great service, to not even call me back, or apologize) They said they had 4 pieces for me. I pointed out that the ticket said 20, I had taken 15, and you are saying you have 4 pieces, so wheres the other piece? They claimed that they checked the video and it only showed 19. I find this beyond suspect, as I always count out pieces as I give them to the person at a dry-cleaner before they do the ticket. However, the suit and dress were the most expensive items, so I was just happy to recover those. At this point, I have no idea what the other item was that they lost and never recovered. If a company with any level of integrity or service acumen had a situation like this, what would you expect? Id expect that when I showed up, theyd apologize profusely and not charge me for these items, and even refund me for the items Id already paid for. Well, this company has no level of integrity or service acumen, because when I went to pick up the items, there was no apology. Instead, they simply said "thatll be 13 dollars". What I wonder - did they even give that other lady her money back, since they clearly charged her when she picked up my items by mistake? So, to recap - - They lost something BOTH times I used them - The second time, they had given them to someone else - They didnt even call me back when they recovered the items - They only gave me 19 items, when my ticket said 20 - They didnt even make any sort of service gesture to make up for the errors; instead, charging me full-price Horrible, horrible service

Really does deserve a 1 star rating. "Rude" doesnt describe how bad they were. Dropped off at 7:00 am. At 6:00 pm, only half (6 pieces) of dry cleaning was ready. Was told I could come back close to 7:00... so i did. Then I caught the girl who calls herself "Piffy", in a lie. (maybe a name she made up) Shes a youngish girl with a star tattoo on her arm. She brings out all my left over dry cleaning except one shirt. She said it wasnt ready and I can pick it up tomorrow. When I asked how she was able to get the others done she then said that actually they couldnt find my last shirt. So I said ok, if you cant find it, then how do you know it would be ready tomorrow? I ask to speak to manager. She came out and tried the same BS story. So I asked point blank, "Are you able to find my shirt?" She says yes so I say ok, I will wait while you find it and I will take it somewhere else. .... 30 min. later they finally find it. But heres the real kicker .. while waiting around I mention to Piffy that they only have 2 stars on Yelp ... mostly for this same reason ... and that I was taking a chance with them despite that rating in order to support local business ... and so far they are blowing it. She said, "Thats ok, we want better customers anyway..." And what does that mean? Are "better customers" people who dont complain about not getting their clothes done on time? Or are they people people who dont mind the business losing their $60 shirts? Can you believe the audacity? Like they are doing me a favor by accepting my business. When they finally find the shirt they lost, Piffy reached into the register and grabs a dollar and change and proceeds to tell me that, "I need this more than they do." Really? Thats what you tell customers? At this point Im now in complete shock. Mostly because of the fact that this chick feels so secure in her job that she has no reservations what-so-ever in making such outrageous statements... Think about all this and read the other reviews before you give them your business. Trophy Club residents deserve better.

I have given this place multiple chances, but Ive had enough. At least 20% of the time my clothes are not ready when promised. Theyve lost my clothes before and said that they simply gave them to the wrong person or asked me if I was sure I hadnt picked them up. The funniest part is that they demand that you pay, full price, after waiting as long as a week past the promised return date. The manager I most recently dealt with, Shelly, told me that my clothes werent ready because of a machine failure that afternoon. They had had my clothes (2 shirts) for 36 hours and she simply told me to come back the next day. Luckily my trip was cancelled and I went back the next day to pick up my shirts. The young lady came back with my shirts and told me the total. I politely asked her if I had still had to pay full price even though they were a day late and required me to make two trips to which she quickly and rudely replied, "Yeah, if you want your shirts." I informed her that my family was probably no longer going to be bringing our laundry to Trophy Club Cleaners and she again rudely replied, "whatever." If this were an isolated incident I wouldnt be very upset, but it isnt. They have a phenomenal location and dont give a damn about customer service. It is too convenient for many of us TC residents to go anywhere else. Well, my family and I will take our $100/month to the cleaners next to Vinnys no matter the inconvenience.
