I have been going to Lee Dry Cleaners since they first opened their doors. Over that period of time, the service has gotten gradually worse. The only good thing about them is that they offer one day service, and were originally were open on Sunday for those of us that could not get by and pick it up on Saturday. They have stopped the Sunday service, and the hours have gradually gotten shorter, and the service worse. Currently on their window, they say that they charge $1.19 for button down dress shirts. Inside on the sign they say they charge $1.39 for XXX shirts. My shirts are XX and I keep getting charged $1.39, no matter how much I argue with whoever is there. The last time I was in there, I argued with the old lady who is in there on Saturday morning, showing her the 2X label in my shirts. The tickets I get show XXX shirts. She claimed that the extra 20 cents per shirt is for extra cleaning and smell. I argued that my shirts do not smell, and they have been worn once in an office environment and I did not understand the reason for the extra cleaning. I am sorry, this is total BS. Still she would not listen to me. Also over the several years that I have been going there, the shirts come back with missing buttons, or broken buttons, making them unwearable. When I complain about this, they say it is due to their pressing machine, and fix the buttons, but the quality of the work is poor. I went ahead and left my shirts, but told the lady I had argued with that they were going to loose a long time customer. She really didnt care. Every time I go there, whoever waits on me, is NOT friendly, and has an I dont want to be here attitude. When I went back and picked up my shirts, I tore off the label and told the person who waited on me, that I had been bringing my shirts here for years, but this would be the last time. She just stared at me and did not say anything, like she could care less if I took my business elsewhere. FYI, there is a cleaners about a mile north of there next door to the Subway that offers the same service for $1.29 per shirt. The lady that waited on me said that they have had several people come in and complain about Lee dry cleaners. This is where I am going to start going on Saturday morning.

I went here b/c my husband said that he has gone here in the past and they removed stains really well. I went there 2 weeks ago - my husband had a stain in his tie and on his suit, I had a stain on my coudrouy jacket. The stain came out on the tie but, the label on the tie of the tie (which was brand new), was hanging by a thread. The stain came out in my jacket but, it smelled like dry cleaner fluid for 2 weeks, despite hanging it up outside. I washed it today and it still smells!! Oh, and the label was completely off my jacket! The stain did not come out of my husbands suit the first time and they cleaned it again. The stain was removed but, the suit smelled like dry cleaner fluid and oddly enough, mold. Its been hanging up outside and, it still smells. Maybe they rush too much?? You get your items back the same day if in before 9am. Bottom line -- DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Horrible customer service! Hannah rolls her eyes everytime I go there...Customer Service horrible, rude,...i have been here in TX for only 2 months and when i went there to complaint about stains on my Washed shirt she said "this is been 3 months old" cant do the re-do?What???when i told her i moved here 2 months ago, she tried then to turned all over that she cant do the re-do bc more than 30 days.... Then i drop off a shirt, to pick it up today with one single order that i have thre and she said to me you need to pick up up this single order now bc, it can be lost...what?????RUDE, RUDE...THAT LADY doesnt have any manners, to me seems like they dont need customers...or else...

From the owner to the girl with bad attitude this is the type of business that does not care about yhe the quality of there service they ruined a pair of my buckle jeans 200 dollard then they claimed its the style of jean well let me tell you something jeans do not come from the store burnt or smelling burnt from over starching and leaving on a press to long continue to do business in this manner will only end in n your demise. As far as that goes life is a big wheel what you put on comes off but this typical though for foregn Business owners they are all like that stay away from lee dry cleaners they are the worst dry cleaning service i have ever used...........

This cleaners stained my brand new outfit that still had the tags on it when I bought it there, the receptionist is very rude. I made a complaint and they redone my clothes just to figure out they couldnt remove the stain, I will never use this cleaners again. Yes the prices are cheap, I guess you get what you pay for... Horrible, place of buisness! Please, bring your clothes somewhere else so you wont experience what I did.

Horrible customer service! Hannah rolls her eyes everytime I go there. The first time she walked to opposite end of store and yelled whats your phone number? I said can you please not yell across the store? Please come over here. She says we are really busy next time you should come inside I am wondering why have a drive thru if you cant use it? There is a dry cleaner on rufe snow by tex restaurant much nicer.

The girl hannah has a really bad attitude. I got my pants hemmed here the stitching was uneven and crumbled up in areas. Waste of a new pair of 50 dollar jeans
