First off let me start by stating that the facts I am about to state are true facts and also by infroming you that I am not the type of person to complain. However, I feel as if this companys "BBB" accredication should be taken away. If you have ever visited this location I want you to pay attention and think about the way this company rings items up. If you notice, when you drop your clothing off you dont receive a receipt unless requested. Also notice the owners son "Yong"is the only person allowed to price items.Doesnt that seem a little weird? If and when you do request a receipt pay attention to the pricing. Each time I bring in the exact same items they are priced differently every time. WHATS UP WITH THAT??? Whenver you request a service (ex:dryclean or laundered) ;Yong will tell you thats he will give you the service requested when in reality he charges you for the higher service. THESE PEOPLE ARE MONEY HUNGRY!! Speaking of being money hungry.. The workers DO NOT clock in. They are givin a paper handwritten check each week. With the same amount of money every week. I once heard a young woman being yelled at by Yong for arriving 3minutes late. Please consider these facts before doing business with this company and if you dont believe them...Try for yourself.

Well, I gave them about four tries, but I must say they are the worst cleaners I have ever used. Quality of work seems fine, but the way they charge is atrocious: 1) They dont count your items when you drop them off, nor do they separate laundry from dry cleaning. This gives them an opportunity to adjust the charges without your prior approval. And oh yes, you will be surprised with your bill. What you thought was laundry may be billed as dry cleaning. 2) They have ridiculous upcharges such as paying a premium if the buttons are buttoned on your dress shirt. The upcharge is nearly the same as the cost of laundering the shirt!. I questioned this and the attendant just said "think about it". Well I did and I think its a sham. Last time I was there I told the attendant Id find someplace else. He just said "good luck". What terrible customer service.

Pricing is what the manager decides to charge. Be prepared for the cost to vary wildly for the same item and for different times. There is a charge for long shirts, a charge for certain collars, we were once charged different prices for two identical dress shirts from the same manufacturer. Womens pricing is even more complex. You will never be charged the advertised price that would be competitive. When asked about this, the apologetic counter help, who obviously understand the problem and are not happy to be the ones who deal with this, asked the manager explain the charging system. Why 3 stars? P-D-Q does a really good job cleaning clothes. In five years I have only had one item they could not clean. So weird management pricing but excellent work.

The owner, Sue, is definately rude. I took some shirts in to launder, and because two were different material, they used a different service on all of the. $50.00 dollars for 15 shirts. When I told her they provided a service I did not ask for and wanted explanation, she acted like a two year old and would not answer me. It was a miscommunication. Why would a business person loose a customer over such a small detail. I also will never go back. The owner is a "hothead" and a bad business person. It will catch up with them. Keep your reviews coming.

The mgr sue fired my 17 yr old daughter who has worked there almost a year. Her reason: because my daughter HAS to check her blood sugar and take insulin every 2-3 hours! She is a Type 1 Diabetic. If she doesn't she will end up sick! We are filing complaint with Dept of Labor and EEOC. Obviously she doesn't understand that this is against The Americans with Disablities Act!!!!

Awful. Older lady that works there is very rude. She is openly rude and mean to her employees. She also hates it when you use a credit card. They do not accept coupons and their prices are high. The place needs updating and looks very dirty. Overall a terrible experience and there are too many other dry cleaners out there that are much better.

Ive been going here almost weekly for 6-8 years because they have never ruined any of my husbands clothes. Other drycleaners are always messing things up but they have never messed anything of ours up. They have trained their workers to know me even when I send different caregivers to pick up. Very pleased with the service.

When I asked what "buck size" was they got all upset and told me to take business elsewhere. So I will.
