I dont usually go online and write reviews, but up until this week I was very pleased with this cleaners. The young lady that I had been in touch with when I go was always nice. My clothes were always ready. I love the hours and the prices, but I noticed that I was missing one of my button down shirts that I only wear to church. I searched my closet a million times. I had my slacks that I wear with the shirt which was turned in at the same time. I realized that it had been some time, but I had to pick up other items that I dropped off so I thought that I would ask if they could look for my shirt when I went in. She made no attempt to look for the shirt. Looked at me as if I was trying to get a free shirt and all I wanted was my shirt. Then she says why does it always have to be the cleaners as if I were lying and trying to get over on her and her establishment. Long story short I would never do business with them again. Even if she couldnt find my shirt an attempt to look for it would have been better than just blowing me off.

This place seems to have a system that doesnt work. I took several shirts there, on my first visit. When my wife arrived to pick up my cleaning, they said that one shirt was still being laundered. They told her to come back the next day. So, she did. And when she arrived, they gave my wife the wrong shirt. Essentially, they lost my shirt and just gave her some random shirt hoping that would satisfy her. When we took the shirt back, they still didnt have my original shirt. We requested that the manager call us, the silence continues. Still no call from the manager. We gave this place one more chance. Same scenario. One shirt is missing. Unbelievable! Still no call from the manager. Stay away from this place! Eventually, they will lose your shirt and ignore your requests to fix the problem.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. We brought in 3 loads of laundry (towels, tshirts, comforters) for a basic wash, dry, and fold because we hadnt bought a washer for the new house. For some reason, they assumed we wanted all of those things dry cleaned. Total cost? 275! TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS. Who in their right mind gets their towels dry cleaned???? What a waste of materials and money. This place is terrible. They lack common decency. And common sense!! My fiancé and I will never go here again. They couldve earned two new loyal customers but instead they made our move 50 times more stressful. We couldve gotten a used washer with that much money. What a disgrace. Avoid at all costs!!
