I have used another DCSC for over 10 years. I was happy with them, but after I moved they were over 15 miles from my house. Therefore, I went to this DCSC off of Western Center. When I went to pick up my first order, they could not find any of the dry cleaning items (5). After waiting 30 minutes and they still could not find the clothing, I had to go in the back to find the clothing. They said the clothing was cleaned, but it wasnt. The white laundry items were still totally dirty and just pressed right over the dirt. I had a discussion with the employees and they agreed to re-clean everything. Upon returning the next day I found everything in the exact same dirty condition. I asked for the manager, but they said one is not available and they wont do anything anyway. I asked for the owners name and number. I then called him, to only find out he was rude, uncooperative and refused to give me a refund or do anything else to resolve the problem. I explained the problem again and also informed him I would post a review of his operation. He told me that he did not care and then hung up on me. In over 25 years of using dry cleaners, this is absolutely the worst in the quality of the job, and the worst in professionalism, all the way from the owner to the employees.

It took only 2 visits before never wanting to go back. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM. Even their signage shouldve given me a clue about their quality of service and care. They burned my sports coat in multiple places and I didnt realize it until I wanted to wear it. I took it back in the plastic and dryclean tab ticket and explained to the worker the issue which she saw and agreed but said she had to check with her manager. I left it with her and had to call back 2 days later to follow up because I hadnt heard anything after she said she would check with her manager and call me back that day. After calling back the new worker said that the manager said, that "since its been out our care, we can only reclean it but at your charge." I dont care if you put in 5 or 50 items, CHECK EACH ITEM THOROUGHLY BEFORE LEAVING THIS STORE. Better yet, DO NOT USE THEM. There are better quality supercenters near them. Lesson Learned.

I have been using this cleaners since I moved to the area eight months ago. I dont use them a lot, and had zero problems until now. I took a comforter set that was dry clean only. When I dropped it off, I just said I need this cleaned. I wasnt very specific, but I didnt feel I needed to be. If you own a cleaners, it should be basics to check the tag, or ask the customer how it needs to be cleaned. The shams and comforter were obviously laundered, and not dry cleaned. This set is ruined! I bought this set at Macys on sale, and it was still $250. When I called to explain the problem, they offered me my money back for the cleaning, but refused to pay for the comforter set, and even lied and told me it was dry cleaned. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Terrible service, spoiled me a fur coat when I leave the shelter I could feel it soft and shiny when I go to pick it up they deliver it with a label that says it had received Defective I claim the owner and he told me if you dont take it I will throw it away. i was about to hit him but my wife took me out of that place. they burned skin coat that had been in the family for generations. they are not responsible for anything with the excuse that you signed on the receipt they give you when you leave your clothes. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

I went to this location a number of times (4 or 5). On the last time, they lost one of my shirts ($60 shirt from Mens Warehouse) and I had to argue with the "manager" for 30min to get him to agree to reimburse me for the shirt. At first, he refused and would only agree to give me $40...and he was very quick to agree to store credit, but he accused me of lying multiple times about the cost of my shirt, despite the fact that I had a photograph of the label. It was terrible customer service. I recommend not going to this store.

Been going here for years just because it was close but NEVER again , I picked up my clothes and realized that my shirt I put in to wear on Vacation was not there Manager told me she would look and call me a week later no call .....Please Please people think twice before you use this cleaners they will keep your clothes and not even offer to keep you as a customer . I will drive 20 minutes out of the way to another cleaners its worth it. Thanks Shawn

I took a few items here and loved them at first due to the convenience and price, but then I started getting wrinkled shirts and skirts back. I mentioned it to them and they blamed it on being short-handed, so I gave them another chance as they "re-did" my clothes for me. When I picked up the wrinkled items that were "re-done", they were STILL wrinkled!!!! Never going back..

I take white shirts here all the time. They are always bright white (I get a lot of grease smudges at work) perfectly pressed and on time. Plus, they are inexpensive. I have tried other places in the area but this one is the quickest and gives me the best results. I have a lot of doubts about the other reviews. They sound like a competitor making up bad reviews.

NEVER do business with these people. Had used them for 6 yrs with no problem. I believe they changed owners because the old employees are gone and the service went with it. Theyve lost my clothes, wont reimburse me, and are accusing me of lying about it. They are absolute garbage and cant go out of business quick enough!!!

They lost an entire suit!!! Then the owner says he will only reimburse me a small amount!!!! I AM STILL OUT IF POCKET 80%!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, THEY DONT CARE IF THEY LOOSE YOUR CLOTHES, BURN YOUR CLOTHES OR STAIN YOUR CLOTHES. IM DEFINITELY FILING A LAWSUIT TO HAVE THIS PLACE LOOKED AT TO BE SHUT DOWN.

Absolutely AWFUL!! The 1 star I have to give is Wayyyy too many!! Do Not even risk going here, not only did they stain a suit theyl said it was impossible they did it!!! The employee JENNIFER is beyond rude and moked me for asking about a refund! BTW the customer next to me had 5 missing Polos, yeah right!!

Horrible customer service and the alterations are not done in house. The staff over promises on deadlines and did not meet the deadline even though I called daily for updates. And they werent apologetic (the lady just kept saying "oh" when I mentioned the promised deadline) .
