I have used this cleaners for the past 16 years. Started when they opened and they were so awesome. A few years back it changed owners and service slipped a little but they were still good. In the past year they have started bringing in cleaning from at least one and it may be two other locations. The employee turnover has been terrible and the employees they have try to do the best they can but it is not working. Today I went to pickup 2 shirts and 2 pants that I dropped off 2 days ago, it took 25 minutes for me to get them. One lady was at front counter with a huge order a man came in with. She asked for someone to help from the back twice but no one came. She left her customer and walked to the back a a man came up but tried to avoid me. Finally he came over and asked for my phone number to look up the order, he went to computer but could not look it up. The lady left her customer and looked it up for him and printed the location. He went to get it but he never found any of the items after 15 minutes and never came to tell me anything. Finally another lady that had been out to have a baby came out of the back and found the items. The lady that had been helping the customer had come over and told me she did not think it was ready yet. I told her they must be ready because this was the third day they have had them. I hate to leave because I have been there so long but I have about had it. This is not the first time it has taken this long, a couple of time it has taken longer. I Remember the days that I could turn off Rufe Snow into the parking lot and by the time I drove around to drive-thru they already had my cleaning at the door ready to put them in my truck. I think I need to look for,a new cleaners, such a shame it has fallen off in customer service so far!

took 24 hours to dry clean 2 shirts, and charged me $11.00 bucks for an express without consulting me about it. To top it off they dont take Discover, Master, or Amex. I had to go across the street to get cash, and the owner was a huge prick about it. Hes lucky he stayed put in the back with the girls.

I have taken my clothes there for the past 5 years. items have ranged from $200+ shirts to nice suites. All have been done great!!!! Manager is personable and works the counter himself. Never had any issues and will continue to go there as long as I can.

Incredibly rude staff and lots of wrinkles. When I asked if they were going to fix the wrinkles they said Id have to pay more!! Pay to fix their problem? I think not. Will never go back.
