TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My husband needed his slacks let out in the waist before my little brothers funeral. We took them to Park Vista Cleaners to have let out and picked them up on the morning of the funeral. When my husband got home, come to find out that instead of taking them OUT 2 inches, they took them IN 2 inches. So my husband had to wear slacks that were once 2 inches to small and were now FOUR inches too small all day to a funeral. I literally could not get my fingers between the waist and his skin, but those were the only slacks he had so he HAD to wear them. When we took them back after the funeral, all the blame was placed on their "deaf/mute" taylor. Then when they went to refund the cost of the alteration, they instead RE-CHARGED us for the price. So now we had two charges for a botched job. After a WEEK of calling and calling about the refund, we were told the pants were still not back from being altered to fix the mistake and that we would be called when they were in. Three weeks later..... nothing. I called today and the owner was RUDE. She told me "We dont call our customers and tell them their stuff is ready" and told me Id have to ask her sister why she said shed call me. Well guess what.... when you tell a customer that you will call, I highly suggest calling. Especially if you already screwed up twice with them! After I told her she lost a customer and earned herself a google review, she hung up on me. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! Look at the other reviews. Just appalling.

I took my BRAND NEW comforter set (comforter, shams, dust ruffle) to them for them to press it to take out the wrinkles and when I went to get it OMG was I in total shock. The comforter now looks worn and it has not even been used and the dust ruffle had more wrinkles now than it did. And believe this the comforter was folded up and put into a plastic bag, yes after supposedly being pressed. The owners comment to me was,"oh, once you put it on the bed the wrinkles will fall out eventually." I would never go back to this place nor would I recommend anyone to go there. The owner herself was rude and very unprofessional. She even had the nerve to tell me the customer to grow up. Really, this is what you call professional service.

They lost 3 - $150 dress shirts, they found 1 luckily, and then lost a $300 pair of slacks and then blamed it on me. Didnt seem to care, customer service was horrible. Buttons always missing from my shirts, and blamed me for the pants. Told me I never brought them up there. Proceeded to tell me that i was the only one that had the issue but after I posted on Next Door, multiple reports of people having the same issue. Do not use them
