The Comet Cleaners on Camp Bowie near Tom Thumb has managed to ruin and shrink every dress shirt I have. This adds up to thousands of dollars. I am very careful with my clothes. I have collected fine shirts over the years and taken good care of them. When I moved and could no longer use my regular cleaners, I tried Comet. My clothing kept getting smaller and smaller. The sleeves were drawn up, the shirts wouldnt button. They had not been dry clean but laundered. When I finally figured out it was not me and it WAS the clothes I took them back in. The woman working said that I should have tried the clothes on the day after I got them back. She did not offer to replace any of the shirts, accused me of telling her to dry clean them, and only offered to rerun them. Like that would help? Buyer beware, this is the worst experience I have ever had.

I asked them to put some cheaper shirts into laundry instead of paying 6 dollars to dry clean a 12 dollar shirt. Not only did they refuse, but acted very rude as they described their stress about braking the "rules of the factory". I refuse to do business with rude people who obviously dont appreciate my business or my money. I would suggest you find somewhere else.

They ruined my nice dress shirt. The owner is the rudest person i have ever encountered. The young girls working there are very rude. Please dont go there. Their rating is a 2.9, that should tell you something. I wish i had looked at that before going there

I dont use dry cleaners much, but I was impressed with this place. They have all my info in their system with stuff like how much starch I like in my shirts so when my wife drops off my clothes she doesnt have to try and remember that kind of stuff.

Horrible service. Lost a couple of pieces of clothing and I will not be back. Find a better place.
