I picked up my pants from the dry cleaners. I noticed a Sharpie dot on the inseam of my pants. After seeing an “x” on the number tag (marked with a Sharpie) next to the inseam, I knew they made the mark by accident. There’s no doubt. I took it back, she said she would try to take it off, I told her if she can’t, don’t try too much because I rather have my pants in one piece than a hole in it. I went to pick it up today, and it was still there. She said she could have tried more, but it would have burned a hole. She said she asked the guy who marks the clothes and he said he put the dot there to show there was an existing stain and they have already tried to remove it. I said it was ridiculous. I’ve been taking my clothes to the dry clean for over 10 years and have never heard of such ridiculousness. You mark your customers clothes with a Sharpie on purpose??? Yes, to indicate to ourselves when you bring it in next time, it has already been attempted. What kind of BS is that?!?! I asked for compensation because the pants were $200. I was going to be late for class, she offered $10 off my bill and I took it and said she hopes to never hear about this incident again. I said she won’t because I won’t ever go back. She offered to take my pants apart!!!! Try to remove the stain with stronger chemicals and sew it back together. I refused. I said I wasn’t going to take the risk of her not putting my pants back the way they are. And it’s not a $15 pair of pants that doesn’t matter to me. These are pants that are out of season and I can’t get another pair even if she paid me $200. It irritated me more than it would have if she just admitted they made a mistake. Rather, she placed blame on ME saying that there was a previous stain and they were just "marking" it?!?! RIDICULOUS.

I went to this place because it looked nice from the outside... if only I could say my shirts came out the same way. You know the plastic things in collars to keep them stiff? They literally burnt through one of my shirts, leaving hideous marks on a couple shirts, one of which is completely unwearable now. Furthermore, its like when they pressed the cuffs, the just SLAMMED the thing on the shirts, cracking every button, and outright breaking others. I dont think anywhere could be worse.

I have never had any clothing altered before, so I called around to multiple places before deciding on My Cleaners & Alterations. Their prices are average to below average. The pants were altered exactly as I had requested, and were ready by the promised date/time. The woman I spoke to was very considerate and called me maam, etc. I dont wear clothing that must be dry cleaned, but I will go back to My Cleaners & Alterations for future clothing alterations.

This place is really customer-oriented. When I was running late to pick up my husbands suits that he HAD TO HAVE, they stayed open late for me. And then, when I didnt have my credit card with me to pay, they called my husband and took the card over the phone. They go out of their way to help and everything Ive gotten back from them has been impecable, in perfect shape. Its a bit of a drive, but its worth it.

I have been taking my clothes here since last September. They are always pressed right. The staff is very friendly. I have also used the alterations. They failed to hem my item properly (the stitch was not knotted off) but they corrected it with no trouble when I brought it back in. It was done well the second time. I would use the alterations services again.

The lady working here is very friendly and also works with her husband. They both have helped with all of my alterations, exactly the way I wanted them done. Also, I have never had trouble with any of my dry cleaning and their turnaround is very fast. Couldnt rate them high enough

Lost my clothes. Rather than reimbursing for loss or accommodating in any way, they told me "it happens" and that they dont want me coming back. Horrible service, avoid this place like the plague.

Great service, prompt, and dependable. All the things you would want in a dry cleaner. They also provide alterations at a very reasonable price.

"We are here to clean, not remove stains" literal words I heard from the owner.
