I just recently started using American Cleaners at Jollyville Road and have decided I will no longer be doing business with your company. On Friday, July 25th I brought back a Blue Lenin shirt that was returned to me in worse condition that I left it with your store. When I received the shirt back it has a very large discolored spot ont he front of the shirt, very much like the dye had been faded or bleached due to excessive chemical exposure. When dropping off the shirt on Friday around lunch time I was told it would be reviewed by the manager for a "redo". I was also told I would be contacted the same day. By late afternoon Monday, July 28th I had received no call from anyone at American Cleaners regarding my shirt so I stopped in to check. The afternoon help had no idea of my issue, said no way would anyone have been able to call me the same day, offered zdero assistance, but rather said I would have to come back when the other girl was there. By Friday, August 1st, I had still not heard from anyone at American Cleaners so I came back in during lunch time to check on my shirt. The original girl I spoke with was there and without much concern said, I donlt know if he ever called you, but he said it was "nothing we did." "That the stain was caused by perspiration." This is actually the second shirt I have received back with uncorrectable stains. I gave you the benefit of the doubt on the first one. But after ruining two shirts and providing some of the least sincere customer service I have ever received I am no longer willing to do business with your company. I do not buy myself nice clothing for you to uncaringly ruin. I am writing you this for my own satisfaction. To let you know that I wil be posting this review on Yelp, Google Reviews and anywhere else I can to let people know what a shoddy job youre doing. I dont expect anything in return since youve offered nothing so far. Your lack of concern for my problem goes to show me what you think of your customers. So save any coupons or discounts you want to give me to come back to American Cleaners because regardless of how muych free dry cleaning youll give me, I can;t afford for you to continue destroying my clothes. I would however appreciate $50.00 in cash or check as a reimbursement for the cost of the shirt, the cleaning and my time. I dont expect it, but thats the only thing you could provide me that would get you anywhere near my good graces. Congratulations for a job poorly done and go @$%! yourself. Respectfully, Ex Customer

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE -- THEY ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS! This is the worlds worst dry cleaning business. Two months ago they lost two of my silk Tommy Bahama shirts, which retail for about $170 a piece, and they have given me the run around for the last two months, refusing to offer compensation for the loss. First they had to wait a month to see if they could find them or if the customer they gave them too would return them, then it has taken another month for them to decide that they dont want to reimburse me for the shirts because they are apparently too expensive, although I have asked for only a third of their original cost. The manager has not returned my call and the store refuses to give out the contact info for the owners. It appears that my only alternative is going to be to file suit in small claims court.

I dropped off a bridesmaid dress to be steamed.....how hard could it be, right? When I picked up the dress, they had used tight clothespins, instead of the straps, to attach the dress to the hanger. The dress was satin, so it left huge indentions on the chest of the dress. I showed them the problem and was to pick it up the next day (the day of the wedding). When I picked it up....they had just stuck it in the back and had done nothing to it!!! I was furious, the man working the counter was SO rude. He tried to charge me and wouldnt give me the dress. I had to threated to call the police for him to give me the dress and not charge me. Not only did the dress look awful because of them, but their customer service is terrible!!! I will NEVER trust them with my clothing again!

I dropped off 5 pieces; a vest with egg on it, a white sports jacket, and a 3 piece suit. When I came back to pick it up, the egg was still mostly on the vest, the sports coat was super starched and had a distinct discoloration, and the suit (while appearing to have been properly cleaned) was ironed in a horrible fashion. This being my first time and being in a rush, I did not inspect the clothes until I had left. While I was there, the employee told me that I had been rung up incorrectly and was charged for more articles than I had brought. She corrected the amount but now I have to repay somewhere else to do the job that I paid them to do. TLDR; would not return or recommend.

Horrible service! Would never in a thousand years use this cleaner again. They ruined a very expensive shirt I had bought in Italy and tried to tell me it was was brought in that way. It was linen and it was obvious they had the iron on too high and "burnt" it. When I tried to get it fixed, they sent it out again and it was returned with even more burns! To top it off they even broke off two buttons! The girl gave me the manager Kevins number. He never even bothered to call back. This place does not deserve to be in business!!! Theres a Ricks cleaners a half mile up the road who now gets all my business... theyre more friendly and cheaper for dry cleaning.

Worst customer service. I didnt have anything ruined, but the lady running the counter was rude and unresponsive. I tried to tell her specifics on the clothes I was dropping off and I fel like she wasnt listening. Never going there again.

This place lost a piece of my winter coat. I tried to resolve the issue with the manager, Kevin. He laughed at me, wouldnt let me speak, talked over me, yelled at me and then hung up on me! Worst customer service ever!!!! Unbelievable!

I dropped off 14 items and all of them have shiny marks from the press machine on the sleeves. While the price might be fantastic, it now makes sense seeing as how they treat their customers garments.
