I had two very expensive sweaters ruined by Mesa cleaners. One was 100% cashmere and the other was a cashmere blend. Ive been trying to reach the owner, Neal, for the past 2.5 months. Ive left messages at two different stores (the 360 and Mesa locations), and Ive made several phone calls. He still hasnt gotten back to me. The store manager Delia at the Mesa location, has hung up on me and put me on hold indefinitely. Ive never been treated so poorly as a customer -- ever! Ive been going to the same Mesa cleaners for the past 8 years. I would expect them to stand behind their work and compensate customers when theyve made a mistake. However, they show no business ethics at all! I highly recommend you take your cleaning to the Jack Brown cleaners right beside Mesa cleaners. I know I will in the future.

New management has ruined what used to be a great cleaners...I have been going to this cleaners for many years, but have had enough. Check your bill!!... the last 5 times I went, they "accidentally" over charged me. Each time they had "indadvertently" mistaken to clear historical orders from my account. One occasion of being overbilled, the employee actually said "sorry, I cant give you a refund because I dont know how to"... contacted management days later and was issued a credit. The credit magically disappeared by my next visit when I tried to claim it. Oh yeah, they ruin at least one item about every 2 or 3 visits. Its okay though, youll get a credit. Ha!

Horrible! I went to the mesa cleaners on mesa dr and the lady "romie" was SO rude, she actually was talking on her phone staring at me while I waited at the register for 5 whole minutes... then, she told me they lost my drycleaning, and refused to give me managements number, luckily I ended up calling another location and got in contact with the boss, "kris" and he was even worse!! he sarcastically apologized and told me he wouldnt compensate even though it was theyre fault they lost my clothes
