A lady said they do tailoring and alterations. I showed her specifically what I needed fixed. I was really excited that I found a professional place that had convenient service. I went to pick them up and Tom told me they dont do tailoring or alterations even though they sowed a button and charged me 12 dollars for that. I asked if she was a new employee and he said she has been working there for a while. I piss 12 dollars and have never ran into a dry cleaners that doesnt do tailoring or alterations let alone do a 1 min job and still screw it up. I would not recommend their service to anyone.

I went to Westbank downtown because they are close to where I just moved. They did a good job, but DO BEWARE of the prices. They are not posted, and though I couldve asked, I had no idea they would be that high. I took in 3 sleeveless blouses, $9.20 each. 1 cardigan $9.50. 2 cotton dresses $19 each!!! So after tax I walked out with an $80 bill. I was not prepared for that. Again, yes, they are clean. However, Id rather drive back up to Hyde Park for a good clean and much more reasonable prices. Also, I read they give $5 for a first time visit, and I didnt receive that.

Do not trust this dry cleaner. I gave them special instructions on how to press a suit and those instructions were completely ignored. When I pointed out that the suit was improperly pressed, all they could say was that they put a note on the suit spelling out these instructions and that they werent followed at the plant. I put my trust in this dry cleaner and all I got was a expensive tab for them to mess up an expensive suit. Do not trust this cleaner with anything you might value.

They went well above and beyond. When I went in, I asked if they could do minor garment repairs but I was told that they no longer offered that service. When they delivered my suits to my office, lo and behold: my garments had been expertly cleaned AND the two things I needed stitched up were handled perfectly. Thanks!

This place does an excellent job- they got a stain out of my dress that no one else could- and are done when they say they will be done. So bonus points for quick service. But they are SOO expensive. I used them when they were right next door to my work, but would definitely not go out of my way.

I think i was robbed by this place. They did a sub-par job, didnt seem all that clean. It was just as expensive as buying the clothing new. And their excuse is that it is environmentally friendly..... but they pass out plastic water bottles..... hmm

Westbank is expensive, no doubt. But, in my ten year experience, they do a better job than most launderers and dry cleaners. And if you are a repeat or regular customer, they send you cards that give significant discounts. Overall, it is worth it.

I now use this dry cleaners becuase they are all of the above. They greated me with a warm smile, returned my clothes to me quickly, and gave me a first timers $5 discount. I strongly suggest this dry cleaners.

I despise this place. Its wayy too expensive, and if theyre really so "green," why do they give out plastic water bottles to customers? Makes zero sense. Stay away from this rip off.

They did a great job, although I paid more for the cleaning than I did for the pants.
