Service is mostly acceptable (not outstanding) but there is one arrogant and rude employee that is defensive and uncoopertive whenever they make a mistake and she has caused us to use another facility. They have made many mistakes but this employee will not admit to this. All other employees are very gracious and cooperative. It is unfortunate that this one woman works the drive-through and counter, thus working with customers. They have stopped giving tickets back with the clened items also. That woman has asked us to take our business elsewhere and we are doing just that. She is very heavy with stringy brown hair. I will not publish her name.

We used this cleaners for years and they use to be great. Sadly they have many new people and we have lost items and have had damaged items and they will not accept responsibilty for it. If they had actually followed up by even offering some sort of acknowledgment we may still be with them today but, this is not the case and we have taken our business to another company.

GREAT,PROMPT, CURBSIDE SERVICE: THE BEST IN GRANBURY: Your clothes will never smell of cleaning fluid. Great curbside service. Drove 20 miles to my ranch to retrieve a customers item that was given to me by mistake. Love this place. Have used it for years.
