I wish I had seen these reviews before I took my clothes to this cleaners. I have used them for 6 years because of convenient location to home. I have never complained about the broken buttons - there have been many over the years. But they put a hole in my pants and after complaining, they sewed it up - but now they just look tattered - not my work pants anymore. I even let that go and still used them. NOW - i have a favorite linen shirt that is ruined because of stains on the arms they put there. They have recleaned it many times but now say there is nothing they can do. They have had the shirt for a month and I cant get a call back about what they are going to do about it. I want them to pay for the shirt - but no reply. They have lost this customer for good!

Not only have I worked for this sweat shop, but I have tried taking my clothes to other cleaners and they do a HELL of a better job than this place. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING THERE. Joti the owner sucks as a manager and as a business person. All of those people who complain about stuff being lost or damaged.....GOOD LUCK! All shes going to do is laugh about it and never return your calls.... I dont know if yall know but she has quite a few stores with different names located in and around Austin. She could care less about anyone elses problems but her own. So in conclusion...DO NOT WORK THERE OR TAKE YOUR SHITE THERE!!

i dropped a blouse off to be pressed. went to pick it up the next day, michelle said that they sent it back for a "re-do" went back the next in attempts to pick-up my blouse, on one knows where it went. not to mention, I wa forced to pay the $4.50 cost for the blouse that was not returned to me in order to picked other garments i had there. Joti, the owner, will not call me back. I have left numerous messages. its been weeks now....
