I brought a $100 quilt and a $100 duvet to be dry cleaned and was quoted a nice price. This was of course after I made them aware of the competition they had nearby at another cleaners who would do the same for less, which was in fact true. When I was leaving the lady at the front desk said she wanted my business and that she would give me a good deal and she did. When I arrived to pick up the pieces I was greeted by an older man who could not find my items. As I looked over my quilt I noticed spots everywhere so I asked where all the spots came from, the man took them out and I decided to open the entire quilt to make sure. When I did he said, "This is what happens when you want a cheap price, just laundry." I then asked if they had dry cleaned the pieces which in turn he said no you wanted cheap. I made him aware that I was quoted for dry cleaning and he proceeded to say no just laundry. This is very disappointing as I would have been happy to give them my business had they given good service. Needless to say I have a clean quilt but the stains that I original needed to come out are still there. And of course no refund. I recommend not giving them your business.

I had a beautiful top I bought at Anthropologie for $100 that had wonderful mauve fuzzy beads around the sleeves. I rarely wore it because I was afraid it might get ruined by the cleaners, and Im sorry to say I was right. My husband took it to Crystal Cleaners and specifically asked them if they could safely clean this blouse, and they said they could. Well, when he went to pick it up, the beads were ruined. They said they could fix it, but when my husband returned again, they said they couldnt find any beads to match it. He was then told to bring in the receipt to be reimbursed, which we did, but they would only give us $50. When we complained about the shortage, they were extremely rude and told us they didnt care and to get a lawyer. To make things worse, they cut off all the beads, so now, if I try to find someone to fix it, they wont have anything to refer to to try to replicate what was previously there. Dont use these cleaners!

Really upset. Brought 6 shirts to be washed and pressed. Got them home and they all REEK of a mix of urine and sick. Have to now bring them to another cleaners to actually be cleaned. It seems like all they did was press them with a dirty disgusting press.

I brought in two slacks to get dry cleaned and found out one of the slacks was not mine. I was already out of the country when I found out.
