Have had multiple issues with my garments on retrieval. They somewhat rectified the first mishap but only after I spoke with the owner. Manager did not attempt to provide an ounce of customer service. She actually said the "bleach" stain on my pants was already there. I was livid to say the least. Also lied about using detergents that whiten to get out of being liable. They charge more for Express shirts because they claim they have a tendency to tear or something like that. It doesnt make sense to me but I wasnt going to argue it. My experience with valley businesses is that they mostly do not value the customer but only holding onto money. I understand the market is smaller here but cmon. I continue to use this cleaner. I have not set out in search of a new one but I think I will be doing so very soon. 2 stars for bad customer service and extra charge for shirts that are made from same material and are the same style as other shirts I bring. *2/28/15 Update* I started taking my clothes to Wright Cleaners on Jefferson Ave a couple months ago. I have to say that I am very pleased. Ive yet to receive a damaged garment back. The lady that works there also is vested in your satisfaction. After my first visit I was given a coupon for 20% off. This place has better prices, service and takes better care of your laundry.

This place was horrible. My husband dropped off a dress for me, when I went back a couple days later to pick it up the girl was extremely rude. She acted like that was the worst place she could be. When I looked at my dress I noticed the ring around the coller was still there. I asked her why it wasnt removed? She told me I dont know, what is it? She told me I could leave it but it wouldnt be ready until the following week and I would need to sign a waiver. I came back the following week, needless to say it looked as if she just put my dress back and left it there until I returned to pick it up. The small ring is still there, will NOT be returning and WILL let everyone else know about the rude and unwilling to work staff.

Seems like up until recently I didnt have to ask for a crease in the sleeves, they would just come that way. I mean for the price, Id expect it. On that note, its pretty expensive. Also, and I cant stress this enough, SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. Instead of trying to find a way to help/ be informative the workers just argue with you and are VERY defensive if you show any amount of discontent instead of just trying to fix the problem. Everything is an argument with them. I asked for a total price and in return I got a lengthy reason why she cant give it to me until the clothes were ready. I then asked for the price per unit, and quickly did the math myself lol. Customer service is like a foreign language to these people.

OMG. I dropped off 1 pair of pants and 6 shirts. The price was over 25.00. I asked her to say that again.....I am used to shirts being dry cleaned for $1.25 at most. Appears they dont consider a polo shirt a regular shirt....its considered a pullover and was over 4.00 each....Sticker shock............Dont recommend

Staff is usually pretty rude. I have had a few instances where my items were not completed at the promised time. I was also overcharged for some items. I was charged one amount on one day and charged more just a few days later for the exact same items. Ill be looking for a new dry cleaners.

Overpriced and SLOW service. Dropped off 3 items before 10 am and wasn't ready until after 5 the next day. For paying DOUBLE what I'm used to paying, they can at least get it back in the same day or the next morning. First and last time.

I was quoted a price to dry clean 2 articles of clothing, and when I went to pick them up, I was charged a much higher price. There was no explanation as to why the initial quote was increased. I would not bring my clothes back here.

I took in a coat for dry cleaning and spot treatment, granted some of the spots were removed it came back with a very noticeable stain on the front, that was not there when I dropped off my coat!

I would not recommend these cleaners to anyone nor would I ever go back. They not only ruined my dress but did not even take responsibility for their mistakes.

Way too expensive. 11 items for $50.00 & only 1 was a dry clean item. What? Suffice it to say, I didnt drop off my clothes.
