Unbelievable. I dropped off two pair of new pants to be pressed only. They pressed the legs only. The tops of the pants are wrinkle from being folded in shipping. I took them back and was assured that they would redo them at no charge. Went by to pick them up, they were not pressed again. I spoke with the manager and she agreed that the press job was of poor quality. She told me that the owner would be coming in the next day and she would show them to him and he could have a word with the pressers in the back. Picked them up today and they are still the same way they were the first time. So, three trips to get the tops of the pants pressed to no avail. They fed me a line of bull, assuring me that they would do the job right and all they do is hold them for another day, put a plastic bag over them and assume that Im stupid and will just accept their poor quality and be quite. Im in awe of this lack of quality and caring in the service that they are getting paid to provide. How do you expect to remain in business is beyond my comprehension. Absolutely disgusting.

I am very DISSATISFIED with the service of Georgetown Cleaners! I have used them twice, only to get my laundry done the exact opposite of what I requested and paid for. The first trip I asked for light starch on my girlfriends pants and they did heavy! My jeans were supposed to be heavy starch and they were done with light! The second trip, I took two pairs of Dickie pants and wanted heavy starch. My pants came back with no starch and one pair was still wet in the pocket and waist band areas. I called to complain and resolve and was told I would be called back. NO CALL BACK YET. I had to call them the next day and was told again I would be called back. This time by the owner. NO CALL BACK YET. How does a place do business like this? This place is more expensive than others in town and do a horrible job. I DO NOT recommend Georgetown Cleaners. I am still waiting on a resolution to my problem. So far, they have taken my money and that seems to be all this company is worried about.

WORST SERVICE EVER! Showed up and my clothes couldnt be found so they asked me to come back in 20 mins because they werent done yet. Still dont know what the truth is. After doing all that, I did not even get a "Im sorry".... Had to be at work and the clothes I was getting was for a funeral. Then I asked if someone could come by and just put it under their name, I was told yes and then told I couldnt. They made a simple service into a disaster. I will not be back and do not recommend anyone to this location. No discount - NOTHING! Plus to have a child working the front is not the best idea. She had to call her mom to handle this issue causing more of a delay.

Absolutely awful service! I called 5 times trying to get in contact with them and nobody answered the phone during normal business hours. When I finally got a hold of someone, she was extremely dismissive, only answered in short "yes" and "nos" and denied that they did in house cleaning on weekends. As someone who was seeking out their services and tried multiple times on the phone with her to find a solution to what I needed, I received zero effort or help whatsoever. I would not recommend this business.
