I shouldve read the reviews before coming here as it appears Im not the only one who has experienced such terrible service! I took a suit here to be dry cleaned and when I went to pick it up the inside seams were shredded in three spots. The suit was clearly not handled gently and they are refusing to take responsibility. I immediately told them to fix it and they said to come back after the weekend and when I did it had not been touched. They then told me to come back by the end of the week and same thing, it was not finished. For a third time, they told me to come back after the weekend and when I came back it was not finished. And the fourth time, they told be come back on Friday and it was STILL not done, nor in the office. This has been ongoing for THREE WEEKS and I have yet to be told what the status is on my suit or WHERE it even is. I asked for the owners number and have been calling for at least a week now and have not gotten through to them. I am always told that they will call back later in the day and they never have. This is unacceptable customer service and I am now having to get small claims court involved! This has caused so much chaos for me, as I have another wedding to attend in a week that is out of state. Looks like they not only ruined my suit but have cost me a plane ticket, too. Simply put: DO NOT go here! *Pictures are included

My ivory comforter had two small yellowish stains when I initially took it there. First time I picked it up, the stains had turned brown and also spread to other places on the comforter. When I picked it up, I told them it was not like that, they sent it back. The second time I picked it up, it was still stained and the employee told me to come back tomorrow to talk to the manager. Next day, I went back. I explained it wasnt like that, etc. She asked me if I treated it and I wasnt sure if someone else did or what. They said they would try one more time, but it would take another week. I picked it, stains are still there. I asked for at least a refund of the services and manager refused telling me it was my fault? *Poor customer service, long return time and a ruined Pottery Barn comforter. If you care about your belongings, dont go here.*

I went to pick up my comforter and they told me that they did not know where it was but that I could come search though others that had been lost and pick one of those or they will make a claim. After stating that I would press charges on the driver whom they insisted was the only one who could have it, my comforter shows up and its on the drivers truck..... It took 7days to get back my comforter and they offered no discount for any of the trouble they put me though or for my time and gas money to go looking for my own item. I will never return to this store for dry cleanings, they do not care about you or your items......

my coat had some dirty spots after first wash!!! when I told them they take it to wash for second time but it has still some dirty spots. I am not sure they wash it or just scrubbed the spots. :(
