I brought 2 suits to Bell Cleaners & Alterstions a couple of months ago, the lady at the counter was very abrasive with me at the time I brought them in, I tried to explain that I had no idea what I needed seeing as I had never owned a suit before but she just wasnt having it. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she had a bad day that day, plus I was asking them to rush the order so she wasnt happy about that either. They charged me a ridiculous amount for the low quality of work they did, the hem on both of my suit pants looks terrible, I have to pull on and iron them multiple times to get them to look even 75% presentable, and these suits were not cheap. Just as well, they did not completely finish opening my suit jackets, a service I paid for in full, a friend had to point it out and open one of them for me later. I would not recommend taking suits here to be altered. It was an upsetting exprience over all.

Rude, Rude!! - the lady at the front desk was so rude, I think it bothered her that I was in there. Nonetheless I dropped off some items to embroider and wanted to purchase some more items to embroider, but I was told the lady "that does that was not in". So I asked when would she be in and could I not just pick out a few items to order in the meantime? After much discussion, I gave up and left my items with my phone number. I came back by about 4 days later after not hearing from anyone only to learn no one had even give the "embroidery lady" the message to call me or that I was waiting on her to let me order additional items. What a waste of time!! And to top it off... the embroidery lady was even more rude than the girl at the front desk! Wow... what a shame...this used to be such I nice little local shop.
