I am very surprised to see the negative reviews. Bens store has been my dry cleaner for several years now and not one time have they ever lost or ruined anything. In fact, they have go above and beyond in providing me great dry cleaning service. They pick up and deliver. Its a great service and I save a lot of time by just putting my bag out front. And Ben doesnt charge any extra for this service. I love it! One time, I forgot to pick up my clothes before closing, I had to leave town before they opened the next day. I managed to get in touch with the owner and he met me at the store after 8PM to give me my clothes. I highly recommend Bens Dry Clean Super Center.

Before changing cleaners, they ruined a turtleneck, shrunk a $300 pair of jeans and ruined the hem of a pair of pants that I needed to take on a business meeting that next day. (Note: the hem had been let down by their seamstress!!!). Very frustrating and in all - they offered a $20 "credit". Not acceptable considering I had to run out and buy a $65 pair of pants to take on my business trip. Dont use! There is a cleaner in Crossroads Village that takes GREAT care of its clients and clothes!!!

Easily put, very unprofessional. I called ahead of time to assure they could handle a certain kind of leather motorcycle jacket; and the owner, ("Ben"), assured me they could. I took time from work to go up there, only to be immediately told that they could not handle it, and to go somewhere else. This was a waste of my time.

I have never written a negative review on a website before, but please DONT leave your clothes with these people! They have lost, ruined, and just plain not cleaned pretty much every garment Ive ever dropped off there. You may save a bit, but its NOT worth it.

Friendly staff and owner. They took care of me when Comet Cleaners refused to clean my down comforter. Luckily Big Ben was there for me.
