Every November I have my carpet cleaned before Thanksgiving. This is the second year Ive had Clean and Dry do the job and I have been thoroughly impressed. The Clean and Dry guys were very courteous. They first asked to make sure we were clear about what was to be cleaned and did a careful walk through. I liked how they gave me a number of options to determine what would work best for my situation. They were respectful of my belongings, plus they are obviously knowledgeable and competent. Compared to the steam-cleaning services Ive used in the past, C&D is superior for two reasons. The carpet dries 5-7 hours faster, which my mother-in-law loves. Better yet, they get the carpet a lot cleaner. With the steam-cleaners in the past, there would still be dark spots and dirty areas that didnt come clean. They would tell me "thats just worn-out carpet" and that nothing could be done. Apparently not. Clean and Dry got those areas remarkably clean and looking nearly new -- an impressive feat considering my carpet is 15 years old. The also get the edge of the carpet clean close to the baseboards. Previous cleaning services always left a dingy edge because their machines couldnt get that close. C&D must have better equipment. We all know you get what you pay for in life. Clean and Dry charges more than the steam-cleaner services but I think it is well worth it. Im paying people to get my carpet clean and Clean and Dry is the only service Ive used that actually does that. Their name is perfect for what they do. They do the best job Ive seen of getting my carpet fully CLEAN and it gets DRY hours faster than anyone else. My wife was thrilled when she got home last night. I give them my highest recommendation. The best carpet cleaners around, by a large margin. The amount of attention given to detail from the person answering the phone call to the ones doing the actual cleaning is refreshing. For instance, there was a dark spot on our carpet weve learned to ignore over the years, it was in a less frequented corner. I was asked if I knew what caused the stain, and extra efforts were made with different cleaning products to spot clean that area. I must also mention that the owner of the company personally picks the I products used for cclraning, making sure they are safe for pets and chikdren. Most companies try to breeze through the house and collect their check. These guys are through professionals who care about their customers and their work shows it. I dont usually write reviews, but clean and dry deserves your business, as much as you deserve a job well done. Call them.

Normally I clean my carpet myself and have to wait hours for it to dry. This time I tried to do something different and hire someone to save me some time to let me be able to get some other stuff done. Best money I have ever spent! When you call to make an appointment they are great with detailed information about what would work best for you and your home, very much unlike a lot of companys who tell you that you need to pay for everything they offer because you really need it. I had my tile, carpet and my sofa cleaned all in a matter of a few hours and by the time Stacy left the carpet was completely dry! I will never let anyone else clean my carpets not even myself. Stacy was able to get a black eyeshadow stain by my vanity as well as candle wax that spilled on my couch. He truly cares about his work and making the customer happy.

Amazing. Amazing. Amazing! Stacey cleaned carpet and ceramic tile in my home and I cannot tell you the difference it made! I pride myself on keeping a clean home and I am amazed at the difference I can see and feel in my flooring. I cant believe how dirty it really was and I didnt realize! Between kids and a dog, normal wear can really add up. Stacey was able to make my tile and carpet look new again. He was professional, courteous and fast. He provided excellent, all natural cleaning tips and I never felt pressured into purchasing more products or services which is unlike other carpet cleaners who try to sell you everything once they are in your home. I will definitely be using Clean and Dry Cleaning again.

Clean and Dry contracted me for a construction window washing job in July/August 2013. I completed the job according to the contract. I have been told "the check is in the mail" several times over the phone and through e-mails.but, to date, have not been paid a single dollar of the $1200 owed me. Since they have not made any real attempt to pay me or make arrangements to do so, It appears that I am going to have to sue Clean and Dry for non-payment. Do you really want to employ a company that does not pay its sub-contractors? If integrity matters to you, perhaps you should find a different cleaning company.

I am very pleased with Clean and Drys service of my carpet today. The odor was removed and they looked much better than before. I have no dog in the race and would recommend this company to friends and family. The service was very affordable and cheaper than alternative companies I called for quotes. The customer service is also top notch. They seem to be trying to build relationships with customers which I appreciate, along with quality service.

Great job! My carpets were 3 years without cleaning! Stacey came out and walked each room and took the time to hit each stain and each issue spot.
