I have been a customer for over 15 years. The young girl at this location has no supervisor and does as she pleases. She has an attitude and refused service because she did not like my complaint. My clothes were being placed under the wrong name. My clothes are dropped off in a bag clearly labeled with my name and phone number. She blamed others and had no interest in correcting the problem. She is only there for a paycheck. Other employees were unable to find my clothes for a few days. I dropped my clothes off in the morning and returned in the afternoon for pickup and she knew exactly what name to look under for my clothes and it was not my name. I asked her how she knew what name to look under and all I got was "I dont know". And I got the other customers clothes after she stated they have not been there for awhile. After the third time, I was frustrated. The next time I brought in my clothes I asked for a ticket to help avoid the mix-up and she refused service. The Manager and Owner continue to support her bad behavior claiming they cannot find a replacement. I have found a new cleaners. Good luck to anyone who drops their clothes off at this location because she does as she pleases.

I dropped off my blouse and mentioned that it had a slight water mark on the shoulder. When I got it back, it had a yellow spot on the front center. They took it back and the next 2 times that I went to get it, they could not find it and then mentioned it had been taken to the other location so it could be worked on. When I finally got hold of the manager, he said I could get the price of the dry cleaning back, but the ticket had been marked that the blouse was stained when I dropped it off. It was NOT stained when I dropped it off...he offered brochures that explain stains, but nothing has been done to clean the blouse or offer any other options.....dont go there.
