The WORST experience ever!! I normally use Koalety cleaners but I was in a rush and I was not able to go to them so I went to my nearest cleaners. I dropped off a suite I needed for my son the next day and a couple of suits for me that had no rush. I picked up my sons suite the next day and surprisingly the had my suites as well. I was happy and went home. I revised my suits and I they looked worse then before as if they were never cleaned. My sons suit looked ok. So after we got ready for our event I quickly took it back there and showed it to the lady at the cash register and said, "what the hell?" I told her that I asked myself the same question. She said they could re-do for free but I told her I wanted my money back and she said they only do credit or re-dos but no cash back that only the owner would be able to approve so she left a note for him (this was on a Tuesday), I never got a call so I called again in a couple of days and she said she would leave another message. Again I never got a call back so I called again that following Tuesday and this time a different lady gave me his cell phone number and I was in disbelief to say the least. I have an call recorder app and the conversation was recorded the problem is I dont think its legal to use in the court of law unless he was aware the conversation was recorded. I totally forgot I had that app because I normally use it only for my ex whom I am currently undergoing a custody battle with. The owners name is Sharif Muhammad (I think thats his last name, I left the card at work and dont have it with me at the moment), anyway he said he would not give me my money back and he told me to take him my clothes so that he could throw them in the garbage. I couldnt believe it so I said, "you want me to bring you my clothes so that you can throw them in the garbage?" He said yes so that you can learn a lesson! I am so furious and I plan to take him to court as soon as I am done with my ex. If anyone knows if I can/cannot use that recording in the court room please advise.

Ive been a customer of both locations since moving to Ft. Worth in the fall of last year. Ive had to take my shirts back on occasion due to wrinkles. However, this weekend was my worst experience. I took 3 pants in for alterations almost 2 months ago. Two weeks later I go to pick up my clothes and the price quoted of $28 had now mysteriously gone up to $41 with no explanation. The lady working indicated even the $28 was to high for the requested work and she would discuss it with the manager. I left and my wife returned 2 weeks later to pick up the items and the new girl working had an attitude with her from the time my wife walked in. She again did not pick up the pants because the price was wrong from what originally quoted. So I went in this weekend to pick up the clothes and again the girl working did not greet me, acted as if I was getting on her nerves by picking up my items and refused to contact the manager or owner to rectify my situation. I tried to explain to her that it was unfair of them to quote one price then make the customer pay another. She smirked and shrugged her shoulders almost laughing in my face and continued to indicate she would do nothing to rectify my issue. The mocking became very insulting to the point that I became very upset. This is the most ridiculous excuse for customer service that I have ever experienced. Im sure it is family owned and they do what they want to customers. Do not take your clothes her. Finally after 2 months the manager calls to tell me I can pick up my clothes for the original price quoted on my invoice. Go figure. You lost a customer over a few dollars. They asked me not to return, but seriously do you think I would ever come back. Get employees that respect your customers. I noticed this is not the only review where someone mentioned her being rude. DONT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES TO THIS CLANERS EVER!

It says 3 jeans for $6.99 on the door. So we dropped 3. And the lady said we are good to go. But when we went to pick up another lady charged us $10. When we asked about the price she told us we should mention that we have 3 jeans on the dropping time. Otherwise they charged us per jeans. Seriously?? Its only matter of 3 more dollars. But the attitude and their customer service are unbelievably worse. Im not going back for sure.

They pressed wrinkles into my shirts because they didnt bother to align them properly. Tiny wrinkles along the cuffs and collar, big wrinkles along the bottom of the shirt like they dropped it and steamed it with the shirt in a crumple. Previously I had a stained wool jacket come back with the stain still on, but now basically locked into place. Take your clothes somewhere else.

I took my uniform into the cleaners and asked them to re-sew a button at the top of the shirt that was loose. The shirt is black with black buttons and black thread on the buttons. They sewed the button back onto the shirt but used white thread and placed it an inch below the button hole. This doesnt stand out at all.

Clothes finished promptly as advertised. However, the placed reeked of smoke (at least to me) and my clothes smelled too. The collar on one of my shirts was permanently bent and they just didnt feel clean. Have chosen a different cleaner on my route.
