They burned at least one button on every shirt some shirts as many as three; both sleeves and a middle button. Snagged a small hole in my blue jeans and burned all the leather belt loops to a point of shrinking to half its original size. This is literally my first rating of a business. The service was so bad that I had to rate. I generally try to support small business even if they make a mistake, but in this case I must avoid. Once I brought the burned buttons and pants to their attention she just looked at me as if I did something wrong and stated word for word, "we have many important customers that have come to us for years." She then took the pants and shirts and offered to redo the dry cleaning, which was pointless being it was the burned button and pants I was concerned about. I then pointed to the button and she states, I cannot do anything for the button my seemstress and owner are out of town. Then gives me a card to a tailor. It was pretty bad here for sure.

Extremely poor customer service. I paid for dry cleaning and my suits were not ready as promised. Mr, David Moon how can you run a business and your clerk still could not get me a refund or even contact you. My son and I needed our suits tonight. I hope to speak with you in person about my refund on Monday. Just think, your business service came highly recommend by a mutually friend how disappointing. Respectfully, Mr. Trevino

I have been going to A-1 since we moved here in 1997. Every time I go in, Belinda greets me by name. Its not just me -- she greets ALL her customers by name. The quality of cleaning is very good, they are timely and professional. I will use A-1 as long as Belinda is there. She is AMAZING.

Ive taken clothes to A-1 for about 15 years. The big difference is A-1 services their equipment, so you dont get the strong chemical smell when you remove the clothes from the plastic bag. They do a great job.
