Bad experiences - Been there four times. Once for dry cleaning - the other to do laundry. First time machine wouldnt take coins and attendant didnt seem to care. Second time washer didnt final spin and I had to wring out my clothes - after complaining one of the several attendants finally offered my money back but I did not accept it - and none of the four ladys seemed to care which machine was not working... then the dryer didnt heat up even though it was set to high. Forth and last time - last wash/load is at 8pm but the two girls behind the counter said it was 5 minutes past 8pm but in fact it was 7 minutes before - their cheap wall clock was set ahead so they could go home sooner. The one girl behind the counter with the attitude seemed more interested in her cell phone. I said a few choice words and left. Will never return to another Peerless cleaners because of this one location - why waste my money when there are better options....

Worst place to go for drycleaning services. The staff there is rude and show no respect for their customers. I had a comfertor I had in storage, it smelled awful so i took it here to get it dry cleaned. When they gave it back to me, it was in worse condition then when i had dropped it off. I demanded for them to fix it, the "manager" Janet said she would have the cleaners go over it again, i asked her to make sure they cleaned it with SOAP and water. Once i got it back, it smelled exactly the same. like they hadnt even done anything about it. Im going again to get my money back. this place sucks. dont ever come here.

If they had a 0 star I would put it. I am writing this review to express my horrible experience with the manager Anita Sanchez. I do not recommend anyone to this company simply because of her customer service neglect. I have tried numerous times to talk to this woman, she will just hang up and refuses to resolve my issue. I will be complaining to the BBB as well. Do yourself a favor and do not use this branch. Terrible service.

Run and run fast from this price-gouging place!! Their prices are so ridiculously over-priced, they make dry cleaners in NYC say, "damn, those are stupid- high prices!" Cost for laundered shirt is $4.50 which is 200+% over the market and national norm of $1.50 - $2.00.

Good clean place to do laundry! Comfortable to do it here too. Alot of machines to choose from. Its big spacious as well. I recommend it to anyone.
