Arden Hills St Croix Cleaners needs to work on customer service. A wedding professional recommended this chain for excellent gown preservation so I confidently brought my dress to my nearest location. From start to finish, my experience with the store manager was very poor with an unfriendly and surly attitude, which was surprising considering its a very expensive service. Unfortunately, she was not transparent on all the fees when I dropped off my gown, and was shocked when I picked it up that the cost was over $400 to preserve including the veil. Also, during my inspection visit, I noticed that St Croix Cleaners tore my veil so it was sent back to be repaired. When I asked if the tear was fixed at pick up, the manager replied that it should be, if its boxed and issued no apology. When I spoke to the owner about my frustrating experience, she would not issue a refund for the unclear charges but rather gave me a dry cleaning credit for future use.

Last month I brought in a throw pillow and pillow case to be dry cleaned. Ive had clothing/uniforms dry cleaned before at a reasonable cost (around $20) so I thought a throw pillow and pillowcase wouldnt be any different. Much to my surprise when I picked them up a couple weeks later my total was over $60- and one of the stains didnt even come out!!!! I was extremely shocked at the price. I looked it up and the same pillow and pillowcase BRAND NEW from Crate and Barrel is only $40! So disappointing. The lady at the counter didnt say much other than that whoever was at the counter when I brought the items in should have given me a heads up on price.

First time using St. Croix Cleaners because they received relatively good reviews, but I was pretty disappointed to find my pea coat with quite a few stain spots on the coat with the same residue I was trying to get cleaned. As I try to justify this.. I suppose I will consider the $5 off new customer promotion for "I get what I pay for?" Customer service was nice.

I am new here and use dry cleaning services on a weekly base. I was very disappointed in the first place I went to, then luckily I found St. Croix Cleaners… They are the best! They really care about quality. They are friendly and want their customers to be happy. Don’t Waste your time and money! You will be glad you went to them. I give them 5 stars

Ive been laundry and dry cleaning to St. Croix since they acquired the previous business many years ago. Ive always liked the friendly service, especially Michele. In all of these years Ive never had a problem with laundry or dry cleaning quality, and really appreciate getting my broken or missing shirt buttons replaced.

Called today with urgent need for dry cleaning. I need the coat picked up now, cleaned now, and delivered by noon today....and Im prepared to pay a premium price. Was told Tuesday after 5. Businesses with no interest or capability to respond to urgent requests should go out of business.
