Ive been going to Chick Fil- As for over 17 years on a regular basis, and i can honestly say this particular location has been the worst on many levels. The customer service isnt what it once was, the last few breakfast meals havent been good. The chicken sandwich wasnt very tender , the bisquit wasnt as soft as they were in the past. Today i go thru the drive thru and witness them handing a customer a bag and the customer handing them the bag back moments later, when i pull up to the window they take my money, hand me my drink then give me my change, then proceed to hand me the same bag that was giving to the previous customer. I told them i wanted a meal that was fresh and not something that another customer had their hands on even if it was only for a less then 30 seconds. The kid gave me another bag and felt the need to be sarcastic. Then to top it off, when i go to mess with my drink there was something floating in my drink. I believe the issue with the drinks is the way they handle their straws, they remove about 75% of the wrapping in the straws and the open portion sits down in a basket next to their fountain drink , where it gathers dust and many other things during the day and over night. I would question how often its cleaned.

I like Chick-fil-A just fine but there are two problems with this location. 1. Lately they have been forgetting to put either sauce or napkins in the bag. 2. This is a long term problem that I have complained about many times to them. They have the worst sweet tea of any Chick-fil-A Ive ever been to. When they first opened it was fine but after a year or two it started getting a weird taste almost like a hint of coffee to me. Like I said I complained for several years to no avail so I just gave up and order nothing but coke from this location.

I just wanted to acknowledge CODY for being such an outstanding employee at this Chick-fil-A location. He was so friendly, sweet and seems like a wonderful young man. He was beyond helpful and anything that I need it I forgot to scan my Chick-fil-A card and was happy and eager to get the managers help what does rare to find these days. He is in great teenager and his parents are doing a wonderful job!! If he gets to take your order, it will be your pleasure every time!!!!

Always amazing customer service, and super fast service. Occasionally they will mess up my drive thru order but only because their drive thru ordering speakers are difficult to hear / speak into (and the young adults that work drive thru speak WAY TOO FAST like its a contest to move customers thru as quickly as possible. They always "make it right" if I even bother to mention wrong order issues. You wont ever regret eating here (if you order inside)

Bad service, ordered a shake along with a big order. Had to remind the guy who brought the order first and then 20 min later another guy who was going around with a shake in his hand apparently for a different customer. Finally ended up in the order line and reminded after which attitude came out from the guy who took the order, somehow it was funny for them! We like Chick-fil-a at anyother location but not here!!

Everyones favorite fast food restaurant. You cant get a better chicken sandwich anywhere, and the service is always outstanding for a fast food place. Even if you think the food is pricy (which I dont), its worth it just for how good it is. Plus, you get excellent service, so you cant complain. Its like getting stabbed in the back by your best friend while he or she gives you a back massage and tells jokes.

This establishment is normally excellent at getting lots of people through in a short amount of time by sending their workers outside to take the orders and process card payments. Yesterday the lines for the drive through were so long that they were blocking the entrances and exits to 2920. They did nothing while I was in line for over 20 minutes to solve the problem.

Overall,lovely customer service and cleanliness. But when they were busy they forgot about my ice cream order for my kids and didnt have cones. Their watermelon miny drink is very good,though. Lovely playground for the kids. Just dont undetstand why they dont all have recycling bins. Its so easy,but these franchises vary on their level of environmentalism.

Friendly staff and speedy service. This place lost a lot of its great staff when they I expectantly were closed for weeks longer than forecast due to problems with a remodel. They are slowly rebuilding their culture. Many of the staff are new but the management is very receptive to feedback of their customers.

Their chicken nuggets are better than average but the line in the Drive-Thru is outrageous. But for my children loving the place I would probably be at the drive-through at McDonalds next door. I do like their conservative values and dont mind supporting their employees, who are very nice.

I have yet to have a bad experience at Chick-fil-A and this location continues that trend. The staff is more than friendly and the wait is extremely short despite the long lines. Chick-fil-A does a great job in training their employees and it definitely shows. I will continue to return.

dont understand all the hype. the p lot is alweys supper packed and can never get in not even thru he drive thru. heck, my kid even picked up the cooties from some little devil that kept sneezing on her and her mom did nothing but play candy crush on her ipad. my pleasure

A fast food tasty chicken based chain with a large amount of cookie cutter creepy children working for it. Long lines for the drive thru area constant and the same applies for the inside. Be sure to get in and get your chicken before Sunday, because thats when theyre closed.

Quite possibly the worst chic fil a Ive ever been to. Service was horrible and the employees dont seem to care about their jobs. Whoever runs the place should be removed and replaced with someone who knows how to run a business. I wish I could have voted less than one star.

Ill never go back here again. Ive been here several times for drive thru breakfast. Every single time the order was either inaccurate or completely missing something. Very friendly staff though...not that it matters if theyre completely inept.

My favorite restaurant by far. Everyone is so polite & friendly, all the time. Even when they are having peak rushes, the quality of food, service, atmosphere is top quality. My restaurant of choice, 2920/Kuykendahl. Keep up the great service.

Kids are nice...but need to know the menu perfectly!!! Some people are gonna want it a specific way and it sucks to repeat over and OVER AND OVER again. But like I said, once they understand, its all good. Just please listen well enough!

Im not really a chick-fil-et fan. However, this has to be the busiest one in the country. The workers are absolutely AWESOME! Very nice, very respectful get the order out relatively quickly if you take into account the number of Patrons.
