My experience with a-1 team wasnt a pleasant one! I took my car in for repairs and no one called me to tell me my car was ready. When I picked my car up I notice I had a very bad oil leak which I did have before and my keyless entry was working just fine and now its not working properly, I was very upset. I was also told one price for repairs but then was given a different amount which I got the repairs for the first amount I was told. I took my car back in my car is leaking from the oil pan which has been hit underneath it wasnt leaking before, my keyless entry is no longer working properly, I had no problems with it before. I felt like customer service wasnt great and owner and his son was very rude and on top of that I was told the oil leak for the repairs would be $190, and for me to read owners manual and reset my keyless remote! I dont think thats cool! And I wont recommend them nor will I be taking my vehicle there again!!!! Im very frustrated with these people!!!

I have had several repairs at this location and all have been very positive. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and honest. Most recently, we were sold a "lemon" Altima by a reputable dealer. We found a small problem and took it to A-Team to diagnose the problem and they surprisingly, found a transmission problem that the dealer should have communicated. According to Adarius, it was textbook knowledge. Shocked and frustrated, we were able to return the car and get our money back. We were so thankful to our mechanic, Adarius for communicating this. He provides us a great deal of knowledge in general and we are most appreciative. I will continue to use this shop and will continue to recommend them!

I came to this shop because my co-worker highly recommended them. Well my experience was not as pleasant as his. They were suppose to run a computer diagnostic (well that is what they charged me for) I was told that is was an exhaust valve issue $500 to repair. When I went to pick up my car to pay for the supposed diagnostic I asked if any other issues where found Mazel said nothing just handed me a print out. Unfortunately I did not pay close attention until later and noticed it was a print out of a posting on a website. So I was charged $65 for him to surf the web. I did NOT repair my car with them I paid $200 for another shop to fix the issue. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS TRUE CROOKS

I took my truck in a few months back... was leaking oil badly and felt like it was "missing". I spoke with the son who is a friend of my boyfriend. Come to find out, I had a recall on my truck that was not fixed properly the first time, thus me having all these issues. PROBLEM, my warranty had run out like a 100 miles ago. So the son called me and let me know what the issue was. Asking my permission, he had my truck towed to the dealer and had them to honor the warranty since the issue was there long before the warranty ran out. Well it worked. I ended up getting a new engine!!!!! Thanks guys... GREAT SERVICE!!!!!

A-Team Automotive is honest, fair and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. I was referred to them by my brother-in-law and have been taking my car there for years now with no complaints and it gets fixed right. If you do not know what is wrong with your car have them check it. Marcel and Darius have the best garage around. What stands out is how honest and fair they both are.

I trust my car here. a little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for so Id say its definitely worth it my car felt a lot smoother when after I got it fixed. Never had any problems here.

Absolutely horrible. Told me I had a radiator cracked and would cost me 522, went to my uncle and checked with him, nothing wrong on the car at all, just low on coolant. Would never go here again!!!

I took my truck there for an oil leak only when I picked up my truck it had other problems that it didnt have before I dont trust this shop with my truck anymore
