Just finished putting new roof on home after hail damage had a portion of the roof that was copper metal. Guaranteed Roofing did an outstanding job lead by the excellent customer service displayed by Jim. Nick and Scott. These guys went above and beyond to meet our needs – no exceed our expectations. The crews were always on point, very professional, protected our flowers beds as promised. They were the only bidder that provided clear expectations re: the difficulty of TWIA approving a metal roof ….and their design and installation passed w flying colors ---looks great!!! They answered and met all my insurance questions and expectations …Being retired from the industrial downstream Oil and Gas service industry my expectations are very high …and all were met …best experience with a residence contractor I have had….

Kevin and Phillip came out and replaced my front door and back door. They were fantastic and went above and beyond our expectations. They did such a great job my wife insisted we use Prouty Construction on the Cabinet work we also needed done. Kevin and Phillip saw a few things that I didn’t see and brought to my attention and fixed the issues. They left my house cleaner then it was before they got to it. I would and have already recommended Prouty Construction to anyone and everyone..... Prouty Construction also has very reasonably priced bids. We had 3 bids and went with Prouty Construction.

They did excellent work and I will refer them to my family and friends (get a $200 spiff too). I contracted them then paid after everything was finished, paperwork included. Then I noticed some tar drippings and brought it to their attention. And even after payment was received, they still returned to clean up overlooked tar. Guaranteed Roofing also does community service, this year they painted a much needed apartment complex that was underfunded. Always trust companies that give back to the community they are a part of!

Great place all the way around. Family owned and operated. Jeff Proudy is also a fun, energetic, and down to earth guy. He is also a great boss. I had the chance to work for him and loved every day of it!!! He offers plenty more than roofing and whatever work he does it comes with quality, hard work and a seal of satisfaction.
