We had a devastating hail storm this past spring. Soon after, contractors from everywhere swarmed into our town. When the Premier guys knocked on our door, we were a little leery of signing on. We noticed that several of our neighbors already had new Premier signs in their yards, so we felt a little more comfortable. Paul and Aaron explained the way things would work----that they would be present with the insurance adjustor and actually represent our interests in getting the right claim filed. Before the adjustor and Paul viewed the damage, I researched the company online and we discussed everything with the neighbors. By the time Paul and Aaron had their meeting with us to walk us through all of the procedures and obligations, we felt very confident that we were working with quality people. Our roof and our guttering were the projects to be repaired, and everything is now done and Premiers word was as good as we had hoped. Paul and Aaron and Frankie were all accessible, seemed to honestly care about doing a quality job, and were actually proud when finished. Weve had many comments on how nice our new roof and gutter system appears, and the cost was exactly as quoted. Job # KCI-1336

Overall, great experience. Only downside was that we had some sun tubes installed as part of the new roof. Crew installed tubes from the outside, as we were approaching winter. We opted to take care of the inside on our own, once the weather warmed up. In order to keep the tube in place, they taped the rotating elbow. When we went to do the interior work, we needed to be able to turn the elbow to get the length of the tube to align between the ceiling joists. Because they taped it, and because that tape was above the roof joist line, we couldnt rotate the elbow. We managed to get it free after well over an hour of maneuvering, at which point we greatly weakened the elbow itself. The elbow ultimately broke as we were installing the last sections of the plastic interior cover. The tube works, but now there is no way to fix it without removing the exterior components and starting over. Not going to happen. Job ID: KCI-1768 Rep: Bruce Parkinson

I had a great experience with everyone at Premier Roofing from my representative, Bruce Parkinson to their office staff over the phone. Initially met the company at the Jo County Home Show and set up a meeting to have them look over my roof. Bruce came out and we made an insurance claim for hail & wind damage that very day. We looked at colors for the roof and the guttering too. Within a few days, my insurance adjuster was here to look over the roof. Premier sent a rep to be here as well. I was approved that day. Premier scheduled a day for material to be delivered and I didnt have to be present for that. Within a week of that, the work began. They finished my roof in one day. I always use local companies to service my home and boy did it payoff this time. Premier inspected my house, started the claim with my insurance company and had me scheduled for roof replacement including having the shingles setting on my roof. This is when a fly by night roofing company mistakenly removed my shingles instead of the house they were scheduled on. Once they discovered their mistake they left my roof uncovered and by the time I came home from work, the rain was pouring into my attic and coming through the ceilings. One phone call to Premier and Michael and Frankie were with me on my roof in a pouring down rain helping me tarp up another companies mistake. This is all you need to know about Premier. Quality company with quality employees.

I am so glad that I chose Premier Roofing for the recent hail damage to my roof. The little town I live in was crawling with roofing companies but Premier was recommended by a friend of mine so I went with them. Every contact I had with my representative Bruce Parkinson was exemplary. He was professional, handled my contacts timely and couldnt have been nicer. The roof is great. The clean-up was absolutely phenomenal. I think the crew took as much time cleaning up as they did putting the new roof on. Nearly every roof in our cul de sac in Western Shawnee had to be replaced as a result of hail damage this year. We saw the Premier sign in the yard of two of our neighbors and gave the company a call. Their rep, Eric Hoffman came to the house and began one of the best homeowner experiences we have ever had. Eric explained the entire process to us from start to finish. He worked with our insurance company, and it was nearly painless. The crew finished in a day and the entire area was extremely clean when they left. If we ever need help with another roof issue, Premier and Eric Hoffman will be our first call !

We were referred to Premier Roofing by our neighbor. My husband and I are new homeowners and were not disappointed with their knowledge, professionalism, and workmanship. Eric Hoffman was the representative that helped us and he did a great job of keeping us informed of damage, working with the insurance company, and coming back to the house on multiple occasions to meet with the inspector, ensure the crew did a good job cleaning up, checked on the completed roof after a big hail storm, and to go over the final bill, warranty, final steps. After the hail storm I wasnt sure my roof would qualify for replacement. Aaron Cohen and Paul Gilbert talked me into letting them climb up there and check it out. I filed the claim and the guys from Premier were right. It wasnt long after that I had a new roof.
